Denver Official Cybersecurity Summit was a great one. Thanks to everyone who joined Roger Renecke, Principal Solutions Engineer at Cerby, for the session Closing Identity Gaps at Scale and the conversations throughout the event. And yes… the Cerby pups and Cerby coffee cups were a hit once again. ☕🐶 Great discussions, great people, and a lot of interest around extending identity controls to disconnected applications. See you at the next one.

Great work by the Cerby technical writing team. The migration was a huge effort, but the cleanup and maintenance work afterward is what truly makes documentation useful and trustworthy. Proud of the team behind this! Silvia Alvarado Edgar Ramírez Ruiz
Most doc migrations are “done” when they go live. That’s when the real work starts. Our technical writing team at Cerby just wrapped a major docs migration for our Help Center (https://help.cerby.com). 800+ help articles moved from Intercom to GitBook: new structure, navigation, and docs-as-code workflow. But the real work started after launch: → Fixed broken links across the entire site → Removed 50+ expired images from an old CDN → Cleaned up inconsistencies and documented what’s next Migrations are visible. Cleanup isn’t, but it’s what makes documentation actually usable. Good documentation isn’t just written. It’s maintained. Grateful to have worked on this with Edgar Ramírez Ruiz and the team at Cerby! 👏 #TechnicalWriting #Documentation #ContentOps

Open your HubSpot users list right now. How many agencies do you see that you don't recognize? Contractors from a project that wrapped up six months ago? A PR firm that was cut from last year's budget? Still there. Still with access. This is how most marketing teams operate. Not because anyone is careless, but because agency relationships don't have a last day. The work slows down, the access stays, and nobody thinks to clean it up. 68% of organizations report incomplete access removal when someone leaves. For agencies and contractors, where there's no offboarding process at all, it's almost certainly worse. We wrote up the full story, including a five-minute audit you can run today. 👉 https://lnkd.in/eHn8g9PF #MarketingSecurity #IdentitySecurity #SocialMediaSecurity #Cybersecurity

The Silent Threat: When the Employee Leaves, but the Access Stays Your IAM might cover core apps… but what about LinkedIn, Meta, or the tools teams actually use every day? If you can’t confidently say all access has been revoked, there’s risk. Offboarding isn’t complete until everything is disconnected. Cerby bridges this gap, giving you centralized governance over the critical non-federated apps that matter most. Is your offboarding process truly complete? 👉 Learn how Cerby solves this: https://lnkd.in/gWtxet2V
