We’re excited to share another major step in our journey to Net Zero! 🌍 We have signed a long-term virtual power purchase agreement with European Energy to source renewable electricity from the planned Skuodas Wind Farm in Lithuania. This partnership is a key part of our Renewables Acceleration Program and will help us extend clean, renewable electricity across our entire value chain. Here's a look at the impact: • The Skuodas Wind Farm will generate around 490 GWh of renewable electricity per year approximately 250,000 homes for a year! 💡  • It will help power our pet food manufacturing facility in Lithuania, which is a key contributor to our export performance. We expect our Renewables Acceleration program to reduce our total carbon footprint by about 10% by 2030 (vs. 2015) by expanding clean energy across our full value chain. The Skuodas Wind Farm agreement is part of this effort. We're proud to support the development of new wind capacity and accelerate the transition to renewable electricity across Europe. Last week, we hosted “Navigating Organizational Change Through Psychological Safety & Neuroinclusion,” a panel discussion featuring Sarah Tancell, Chartered FCIPD, former international HR director and expert in neuroinclusive HR frameworks. Sarah shared a powerful reminder: neurodivergent employees aren’t resistant to change—they’re often impacted by fast‑moving or ambiguous change. When leaders prioritize clarity, predictability, and flexibility, they can help create the psychological safety everyone needs to thrive. Beyond events like this, our commitment to neuroinclusion is embedded across our business and in our learning journeys. Through Mars University, Associates can participate in our Neurodiversity e‑learning—a flexible, self‑paced experience designed with Associate input. What does a day at our Petcare hub look like? Some days, it’s connecting with Associates and their pets over crafts and treats, thanks to our Dog Daycare team. This month’s “Paws and Paint” event gave Associates and their pets a chance to take a break, get some fresh air, and paint flowerpots.
