In a hardware company, there’s no moment quite like seeing production units leave the facility, knowing they’re headed to people who have been waiting, dreaming, and planning their first trip. That’s what 2025 was for Pebble. This year we made the shift from having built a handful of prototypes to entering serial production and delivery. Now with several new owners hitting the road every week and ramping. Anyone who’s built hardware knows the leap from prototype to production is a chasm. But the first real customer contact is the hardest. Real-world use exposes everything. That’s why it’s been incredibly rewarding to see owner feedback that’s overwhelmingly positive and often unsolicited: beautiful photos, campground "wow" moments, constructive feedback, stories about how Pebble Flow is changing the way they travel, shoutouts for our service team and even quick OTA fixes. That validation is energizing. And it’s pushing us to raise the bar even higher. I'm incredibly proud of what our dedicated team have achieved together. Scaling hardware isn’t a single breakthrough. It’s thousands of details done right, over and over: operators, technicians, engineers, quality, supply chain, service, delivery, and everyone in between.
