L&T Technology Services in Q2'FY26 - Strong momentum of #LargeDeal wins continued with a record high large deal #TCV of USD 300 M in the quarter which reflects the confidence global clients have in LTTSs next-gen offerings; signed one deal above $100M this quarter - Steady top line with sequential growth: Revenue stood at $337 million, up 0.5 % QoQ and 9.9 % YoY, reflecting continued traction. INR growth was ~4% QoQ and ~16% YoY - Revenue per person reached a record $56.9 k (annualized), up 10 % YoY; SG&A remained contained at 11.5 % of revenue, driving resilient operating leverage. -#EBIT margin came in at 13.4 %, up 10 bps QoQ, supported by disciplined cost control; gross margin held at 27.96 %. - Workforce closed at 23,678, while LTM attrition stabilized at 14.8 % - Strategic momentum in #AI & #DigitalEngineering: Management reiterated strong deal pipeline in AI-powered engineering, EV, and #sustainability solutions, with broad-based demand from industrial, automotive, telecom and #Software & Platform (S&P) clients supporting FY26 growth visibility.

Thought I would start a discussion “In terms of digital transformation solutions what business model is the trend across market verticals as well as horizontals Is it more for off the shelf solution or custom development of solutions or a hybrid combination. I’m sure this is dependent on market vertical particular requirements like compliance , role of cybersecurity, personal data as well as cloud hosting etc. Of course Off the shelf solutions come with pro and cons , like who owns the IP for later maintenance and updates etc , compared to custom solutions, where the customers owns the IP but have to then be prepared to maintain/upgrade or contract with developer I would like to get some opinions from end users on how they make their decisions on this topic
