generate production ready URL shortener application using chatGPT . Prompt -> implement URL shortener usig springboot in detail.use Base64 encoding instead of Base62 wherever required. use spring and java multithreading for better performance where applicable. add LRU caching using hazlecast for most frequently used URLs. Load frequently used 100 URLs to cache at application startup. Add spring scheduler for cleanup for expired URLs. add all possible Junit test cases wherever applicable. use openAPI spec for API documentation. create documentation for this URL shortener product. generate Readme.md for this URL shortening product. use gradle as build system. use postgresSql for data storage. add dockerFile for the application. Add rate limiting. Add correction ID to all requests and generate grafana dashboard showing metrics for the application. Save transaction logs in grafana tempo so that we can search it later using correlation id. use java records wherever applicable. use current hostname instead of localhost.
