概要
Senior Front-End Engineer & Tech Lead working at the intersection of code, design, and blockchain and delegating everything I can to AI agents, at work and home. Based in Japan, collaborating remotely across APAC, EU, and US time zones.
14 years building scalable, secure and visually engaging front-ends. I lead the DevX & Design team at gno.land (the smart-contract platform from the team behind Cosmos and Tendermint) 6 engineers shipping dApps, wallets, developer tools, launchpads, and 3D experiences for the people building on-chain. The job, day to day, is to make complex on-chain systems feel intuitive.
But it's not just what we build, it's how we build. The team operates around AI orchestration: agents tracking meta-issues and surfacing blocking PRs, automated AI workflow such as multi-persona UX user-journey benchmarks to quick prototyping, custom skills, MCP servers, local LLMs alongside Claude...: The products aren't AI-powered, the work itself is. I shape product and architecture, code the parts that matter, delegate what doesn't need a human, and review what comes out. so the team can stay focused on what actually moves the product forward.
I started in creative engineering: immersive client work, awards (Awwwards, CSSDA, CSSWinner), the early Three.js era. Before Web3, everything from 3D sites and no-code MVPs to headless SaaS dashboards across DeFi, e-commerce, and B2B with React, Vue, TypeScript, Node, Go, and WebGL... These experiences taught me to be tech-agnostic, pragmatic, and curious, able to adapt fast and find the right solution for every challenge.

When we begin the project with Nathalie Vidon and Sofia Lambrou at Bolk, we built a simple and clean website with a back-office and some key effects like horizontal scrolling. It was good but we knew there was potential to go way beyond. So I pushed our boundaries to sharpen UX, UI, motion and code, in order to bring to life Cuallado's work. Make the experience memorable. Finally, Nathalie helped us to improve SEO indicators (speed, security, markup, semantics), and built the entire analytics system around my code. We aimed to find the right balance between web performance, design, content admin and SEO. It was a process with many challenges and it took quite some tests to satisfy us... 🔥 And now to conclude this project, we have the great honor to have been awarded by Awwwards! A major recognition given by the most inspirational and famous institution of the industry! Today we received a Site Of The Day, a Developer Award, A Mobile Excellence and an Honorable Mention. 🏆🏆🏆🏆 It was a long journey in design, development and optimization, but it worth it! Now I can ask my AI agent: “How is my customer care agent performing?” And it answers from real observability data, not vibes. It checks: • request volume • sessions • errors • unresolved exceptions • latency • model usage • cost • trace health Then it gives me the operational summary: “Your customer care agent is active and healthy. 122 requests, 61 sessions, 0 errors, 0 unresolved exceptions. Avg latency is 5.43s. Working reliably, but a bit slow.” That’s the shift. Datadog-style observability, connected directly to an AI operator. Not another dashboard to stare at. An agent that can inspect the system, explain what matters, and tell you what to fix next. This was operational in under 10 minutes.

This project handles the entire ML pipeline locally using Three.js and Transformers, proving that the browser is now a powerhouse for high-performance Vision Transformers without any server dependency. Ivars Bariss, an active Strapi community member, published a post explaining how to use n8n with Strapi 5. The workflow has `availableInMCP` enabled, which allows any agent to use it! This comes right after the n8n case study (330k pages managed in Strapi, through n8n) we published 10 days ago. Content Operations become increasingly important as we all must ship content at the speed of AI.
