“I have had the privilege of working with Bryan Bates for my entire professional career. Bryan and I started as sales reps on the same team back in 2000. Bryan was a leader on that team and a top producer within Sprint and acted as a mentor to me as I was beginning my career. Over the years, Bryan continued to be the example and measuring stick that others strived to measure up to. What was most amazing about Bryan is his consistent high level of performance every month and year. After working together as peers for several years, I received the benefit of working for Bryan when he led the number one Wireless & Wireline sales team for Sprint in the country. Bryan knows how to build top performing teams from the ground up and maintain an elite level of performance year over year. Bryan and I have worked together as peers again as managers of two separate sales teams before he was promoted to a Director of Sales where he helped me develop and hone my leadership style and skills. I owe a lot of my professional success to Bryan and the example he has set for me over the years in various roles of our careers.
