Big moment for the AWS partner ecosystem. 🚀 AWS just announced Agents in AWS Partner Central and we are thrilled that PartnerPlex AI is a launch partner. PartnerPlex's Slack app can now connect directly to Partner Central through AWS’s MCP server, allowing partner and sales teams to interact with Partner Central workflows without leaving Slack. But PartnerPlex goes well beyond the MCP server. PartnerPlex augments the out of the box capabilities with additional tools, data, and workflow automation to operate the end to end funding process that scales beyond just Partner Central. We bring in context from systems like Salesforce and help teams execute the full workflow required to unlock AWS funding, including: • Identifying eligible opportunities outside of Partner Central • Recommending the right funding programs • Preparing the required materials • Getting internal approvals before submitting requests to Partner Central • Tracking approvals and next steps This can happen all directly inside Slack, with a single funding interface that can support Google Cloud and Azure funding as well. Historically, most companies relied on one or two people who understood AWS programs inside and out. Now your entire sales team can access and use AWS resources to accelerate their go to market motion. Excited to keep building alongside the AWS team and the broader partner ecosystem. I kicked off my day attending Twilio's “Encoding the Future of AI-Powered Engagement”, by Omar Paul & Ethan Bechtel and the session reinforced something I strongly believe: 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Great session, thank you for the insights! Key takeaways: 𝟭. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 Customers don’t compare you to competitors. They compare you to the best experience they’ve ever had.  • Text/email → asynchronous  • Voice → real-time, emotional, fluid #ConversationalAI must interpret intent & sentiment instantly If #VoiceAI isn’t smooth and contextual, the experience breaks. This is no longer a chatbot problem. It’s an 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲. 𝟮. 𝗜𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 > 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 The bar is dramatically higher:  • HIPAA compliance is non-negotiable  • Interpretation errors aren’t recoverable  • Data must flow accurately from EMRs, lab systems, and medical records into voice interactions The real challenge is 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Structured + unstructured data. Real-time context. Fragmented ecosystems. That integration layer is where leaders will differentiate. 𝟯. 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀. 𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆. The future isn’t AI vs. humans. It’s AI that knows when to step aside. AI excels at:  • Appointment scheduling  • Refills  • Admin queries But complex, emotionally sensitive cases require compassion and judgment. Two patterns stood out:  • Use-case-based routing  • Real-time sentiment escalation (drop below threshold → immediate human handoff) That’s how AI builds trust instead of eroding it. 𝟰. 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟰𝟬% 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 Nearly 40% of healthcare overhead is administrative. Operational AI isn’t flashy, it’s practical:  • Reduce hold times  • Handle overflow  • Manage routine calls  • Maintain voice + text continuity  • Don’t leave patients on hold. Overflow intelligently. Continue the thread post-call. Preserve context. That’s real omnichannel. 𝟱. 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴. Voice may be the frontier, but 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹. RCS is transforming SMS into an interactive experience:  • Lab results  • Care updates  • Follow-ups  • Two-way engagement If patients can securely engage within a persistent conversational thread… Do we still need fragmented portals? The experience layer may shift from portals to conversations. 𝗔𝗜-𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹, 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀. AI may be the first line of interaction. But trust remains the ultimate KPI. The next phase of AI engagement won’t be louder. It’ll be smarter.

One Year at Wiv - Lessons Learned I just completed my first year as VP of FinOps at Wiv.ai, and I want to reflect on this incredible journey. After working at enterprises since 2012, delivering results and making an impact (I literally built a practice from scratch at Wix.com), I thought I knew what building something new felt like. But nothing compares to creating an automated FinOps framework that tackles tomorrow's challenges. Here are the key lessons from my journey: 1. Do everything. Working in a startup is exhilarating. From POCs and presales to demos, customer handling, and product discussions, you're part of everything. There's no greater feeling than touching so many aspects of a company's lifecycle across development, product, and customer success. I knew my next adventure would be about making real impact, and after a year, I feel I've achieved that goal. 2. It's not just "FinOps" - It's about transforming culture and mindset around "what FinOps is and how to apply it in your organization" at scale. Talking with hundreds of organizations, understanding their FinOps approaches, distilling common patterns, and applying these insights to our product has been crucial for success. The feedback from our customers validates that we're on the right track. 3. The people - It takes a special team of talented, brilliant individuals to build a product that solves 90% of the problems for 90% of customers. The ability to listen, pivot, and change minds is crucial to success. This journey has proven we have the right team for the job. The culture fostered by Roni and Gil enables open communication, passionate debates, and conversations that stretch into the night (true story!), showing the dedication each employee has to building something truly great. 4. The customers - Over the past 8 years, I've spoken with hundreds of practitioners, helping and consulting organizations (always free, on my own time) to advance FinOps practices and share my voice in the industry. As a vendor, these conversations have shifted to be product-focused, allowing us to move from philosophy to actual implementation. Our customers are amazing in their willingness to learn, adapt, and implement the automated FinOps practices I've advocated for years. They are the driving force of this company - thank you. What's next? Our platform is unique in the FinOps space, enabling organizations to build automated FinOps practices at scale, with ease. We're working on what comes next, redefining the future of FinOps every single day. I'm proud to say we're at the forefront of innovation in FinOps platforms. While some show recommendations, and others enable integration with engineering tools, we give you freedom to build your own FinOps practice, fully automated, based on what is right for you. AI’s potential is limitless. But turning promising ideas into reliable, production-ready applications can be a challenge.
