The server receives browsing activities from many browsers having associated users and stores information indicating an association between the users and their respective interactions. The server additionally receives social networking information for the users and stores information indicating an association between the user and their respective social connections. Based on an input received from the browser associated with the user in the navigation network, the server determines a navigation recommendation for the user based on the stored information and transmits the navigation recommendation to the browser.
