Old Town Trolley Tours is rolling out a new live, real-time trolley tracker designed to help guests spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the Hostess City. We have partnered with @MovesMedia to create a dynamic tool our guests will love. Old Town Trolley Tours of San Diego recently launched the Trolley Tracker and soon it will be live with Old Town Trolley Tours of Boston and Old Town Trolley Tours of St. Augustine, with our other cities to follow. Guests will be able to view trolley locations in real time and see accurate arrival times at every stop—making it easier to plan their day and move seamlessly between historic sites, attractions, and neighborhoods. ⏱️ Less waiting 🌴 More time exploring Behind the scenes, this new technology strengthens our operations by improving route visibility and allowing our team to respond quickly to traffic, road closures, or unexpected changes. Compass is rolling out across the entire Playeasy network. 330+ destinations. 10,000+ events. 2M+ sports and event visitors. All with access to a trusted AI concierge fully powered by DMO content. We launched Compass in January alongside a small group of DMOs who helped us build it – Visit Salt Lake, Destination Ann Arbor, Visit Central Florida, Visit York County, and more. In under 2 months, 40+ destinations are already implementing Compass across their websites, partner sites, college pages, airports, and on-site visitor touchpoints. Less expensive tier-two and tier-three cities are now trending for #events, as cost has come to the fore with businesses grappling with economic uncertainty in the face of the #Trump #tariffs. Event specialist, Daniel Chua, founder and CE of experiential communications agency, Aonia, noted cost is the number one consideration. “In general, the economy is not doing well (with) president Trump drumming up uncertainty and job insecurity, so it it worthwhile to consider second- and third-tier cities if there are savings of more than 10 per cent.
