There was an alumni association in place at Leadership Triangle for years prior to my joining the company however, there was no benefit to being a member. I revamped the alumni network into an entity of the organization that extends and enhances the value of Goodmon Fellows’ investment in their Leadership Triangle experience. Through ongoing networking opportunities, the Network helps Goodmon Fellows maintain the connections with their classmates and create new connections with other Leadership Triangle program graduates. Timely, relevant and carefully selected events and activities continue Goodmon Fellows’ leadership development while also expanding their regional knowledge and perspective. All Goodmon Fellows have access to LTAN events for a fee (usually $20 per event), and alumni network membership has its privileges. Paid members ($100 per year) will be able to attend all events free, except the Goodmon Awards, which will be discounted. A full calendar of high quality events and activities will be available in various forms such as community service events (which are open to their family members as well), after hours events, luncheons and celebrations.
