Great neighborhood… It’s time to solve real business problems! Ability to judge and to choose? Capability building matters! 1) Augment your people with AI Agents, Virtual Agents and Domain specific LLMs - would call it sunrise beyond AI Agents! 2) Scale will kick in to do more with the same! 3) Change and capability building will enable efficiencies - moving real humans on the loop Hybrid workforce needs governance too! #AICT

Excited to share from #Davos that e& and IBM are deepening our collaboration to bring enterprise-grade agentic AI to governance, compliance, and accountability. Built on IBM watsonx Orchestrate, this collaboration moves beyond traditional chatbots to governed, action-oriented AI embedded in mission-critical systems. It also represents one of the region’s first enterprise-scale implementations of AI, laying the foundation for broader adoption across e& and showcasing how AI can drive responsible innovation at scale. Thank you Hatem Dowidar for the continued partnership. Saad Toma Shukri Eid Harrison Lung Find more details: https://lnkd.in/er_HX_ym

Insightful article from Salesforce on cohesively managing your human team and your AI agents in this rapidly changing workforce. It’s a leader shift in thinking about managing the skill set of your AI agents like a human employee, similar thought leadership around setting productivity goals, defining the parameters (job description) and solving problems for the Agent (such as inserting new data sets when the results aren’t optimal). Simultaneously building confidence and trust of your human employees by investing in upskilling. Great read.

Security is increasingly important—and complicated—in an AI world. Today, we’re making it easier for customers to have the confidence they need to advance their AI agendas. ServiceNow just announced our intent to acquire Veza, a leader in identity security. Together, we can help organizations better understand and control who and WHAT has access to their critical systems and data, and put end-to-end identity governance workflows in place to radically reduce enterprise risk. I’m making this sound simple, but it’s incredibly complex. Veza’s AI-native approach to relationship mapping and analysis provides unprecedented visibility and control of the identities in an environment. I truly can’t wait to see the impact this will have for our customers when combined with the power of the ServiceNow AI Control Tower. To Tarun Thakur and the team at Veza—incredible work! We’re thrilled for our future together. https://lnkd.in/gegzexrn

Salesforce Acquires Informatica for $8B: A Strategic Move or a Step Backward? Salesforce’s recent $8 billion acquisition of Informatica has certainly made headlines. But is this move a visionary leap into the future or a nostalgic nod to the past? Imagine a horse trader acquiring a wagon maker to compete in the burgeoning automobile industry of the early 20th century. While both were titans in their time, the world was rapidly shifting beneath their feet. In today’s era of Generative and Agentic AI, agility and innovation are paramount. Nimble, AI-first startups are redefining the technological landscape, delivering unprecedented solutions at speed and scale. In contrast, legacy giants like Salesforce and Informatica, despite their storied histories, may find themselves encumbered by outdated infrastructures and slower innovation cycles. Generative AI is like the the Hulk: immensely powerful but requiring careful handling. To truly harness its potential, it must be paired with cutting-edge technologies that have evolved rapidly—technologies that differ vastly from those of the past three decades. Attempting to make one elephant dance is challenging enough; orchestrating a duet between two could be a comedic spectacle. Enterprises today seek the grace and agility of a trained ballerina, not the cumbersome movements of legacy behemoths. This acquisition prompts a critical question: Are we witnessing a strategic evolution or a nostalgic consolidation? The future will favor those who adapt swiftly, not those who cling to past glories. What do you think? https://lnkd.in/gPVXsnVY
