Want to “wow investors”? Start by removing surprises. Most leadership teams can explain AUM, flows, and performance all day long. But when the conversation turns to revenue, billing, exceptions, and payouts, things get… fuzzy. That fuzziness is expensive. It creates forecast risk, credibility risk, and a lot of manual cleanup that never shows up on a slide, until it does. Revenue ops is how you fix it.
