𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀  • Less than EGP 300K gross  • Very high return rate (killing profitability)  • Unclear positioning + mixed audience (“we sell to everyone” / “we target Competitor X customers”) We fixed the fundamentals first, then scaled. Then, I turn to ChatGPT to help polish and tailor the tone: Professional Dramatic Culturally courteous...very important in the Middle East! Compelling I always refine again before sending. The result?
