Congratulations to Tony Baucco! Back in February we ran a Super Bowl challenge where we asked NFL Retro Bowl '26 and Retro Bowl players to try and predict the score of Super Bowl LX and Tony's prediction of 27-14 to the Seahawks was the closest to the actual score of 29-13. We don't know if Tony has a crystal ball, but that is some prediction! And his reward for his foresight is to be included as one of the selectable coaches in Retro Bowl. An avid Browns fan, Tony's likeness will be added to the game in a future update. Now, we just need to ask Tony what next week's lottery numbers are!

25th February 2025: For a limited time we have re-activated all of the post-season Challenges for NFL Retro Bowl '26. Replay any of the thrilling match-ups from Wild Card Weekend through Super Bowl LX, set an arcade high score, and invite your Game Center friends to compete! To access the Challenges you'll need NFL Retro Bowl '26 and iOS26 installed. Simply open the Games App, navigate to the "Friends" tab and press the "Challenge Your Friends" button and you should see NFL Retro Bowl '26 on your list of games that contain challenges.

03 February 2026: It's Super BowI LX this week, and to join in the fun, we're running a little competition. To join in, you just need to play a PATRIOTS vs SEAHAWKS exhibition game in either Retro Bowl or NFL Retro Bowl '26 and send us the screenshot via our official X page or via email (pr@newstargames.com) with the result like the image below. It should go without saying, but games must be completed before the real-life Super Bowl game kicks off! The aim is to get as close to the real-life Super Bowl score as possible. If multiple correct scores are received, the scores for each quarter will be used to judge a winner. Just one entry per person please. The winner will get their likeness added to the game, just like last year's winner did.

Our top tips would be to set the game to 2 minute quarters to keep the score more realistic; and try to play as the teams would in real life, for example punting for territory when you're not likely to make a first down or not always going for 2 points after a touchdown.

We will accept entries right up to kickoff on Sunday. Good luck to everyone who takes part!
