The app is great, especially for moving files and managing the device,I really enjoyed using it.
However, I think the app’s flexibility could be improved by adding the ability to open a terminal and execute commands/scripts.
I believe adding support for executing terminal commands (possibly implemented via ADB) would be a valuable feature for the following reasons:
- It would increase the app’s flexibility, giving users more control over their devices.
- This functionality would allow users (especially power users) to run custom Bash scripts.
Using custom scripts, users could perform advanced tasks such as sending WhatsApp messages (not just replying), opening the camera, turning on the flashlight, opening Apps ,and creating workflows.
- No competing apps, such as AirDrop, currently offer this capability.
- Root users (with appropriate caution) would be able to fully manage their devices.
The left-side panel would be a great place to add this feature, with a CMD (terminal) icon positioned below the other icons.
