Every time I'm about to enter a new level and I buy the first upgrade of a car, the controls don't work and I can't click on the next option or close the game. Does this happen to anyone else.

Прошёл 6 уровень на 3 звезды. На карте звёзды не отображаются. Passed the level of 6 - 3 stars. Stars are not displayed on the map.

Please add an option to choose window mode resolution or tell me how i can tweak it. I can alt+tab into window mode but it's still full screen basically as i can't choose resolution rate. Could'nt find congif file eather to force a resolution rate i need. Launch options like -w or -h also do not work, HALP! =(...
