In Q1 we achieved 112% year-over-year revenue growth, built a record backlog of nearly $100 billion and created a new asset class that received strong backing from the market. Our financial model is built for durability and scale. One where capital is deployed against contracted demand, returns are optimized before we break ground, and we continue to lower our cost of capital. We're also continuing to expand our infrastructure footprint — now at over 1GW of active power — and grow and diversify our customer base, with ten customers committed to spending at least $1 billion with CoreWeave. I used to fire up a smoker behind Foundation Capital’s office while we incubated Cerebras and I smoked brisket for our company picnics when we had hundred of people. We have family events four times a year. And among other things we smoke meat. This was at our most recent company party, we did 200 pounds of ribs and 300 chicken thighs. Your company's culture should look like you. It's part of who we are. If you're a sailor, take your team out on a boat. If you love skiing, take them skiing. Include who you are in the company you build.

The role of distributors is undergoing a fundamental shift, becoming less about logistics and more about orchestration, integration and insight, according to Frank Vitagliano. “The ecosystem has gotten so complex over the past five or six years,” Vitagliano, CEO of the Global Technology Distribution Council (GTDC), told CJ Fairfield. “Somebody’s got to orchestrate all of that.
