Amit Aharoni shared thisNicely done 💪Amit Aharoni shared thisIf you are an MSSP or a cybersecurity company interested in adding takedown capabilities to your solution, we have exciting news! We are launching a brand new service called CyberATS (https://cyber-ats.com). CyberATS is a fully automated threat takedown service that combines 20 years of anti-phishing expertise with emerging technologies like artificial intelligence to efficiently take down phishing websites, domains used for email scams, and other threats. CyberATS brings the same core values as IntelFinder to the world of threat remediation—robust, straightforward, and affordable. While standard industry rates start at around $250 per takedown attempt, CyberATS costs just $100 per attempt, with bulk discounts reducing the price to as low as $40 per takedown. Lower pricing doesn’t mean compromising on quality—CyberATS takes every necessary action to eliminate threats while utilizing a robust blocking network to prevent users from accessing or receiving malicious content before it’s removed. If you’re interested in learning more about the service, please feel free to contact us! * Please note that the service is separate from IntelFinder (an integration is in the works) and is currently only available to channel partners.

Amit Aharoni shared thisThis study might help us get out of the next pandemic faster. Please consider sharing if you know research scientists or medical staff who have conducted analytical or diagnostic, non-interventional research on COVID-19. #covid19researchAmit Aharoni shared thisDear colleague, During the COVID-19 pandemic, you may have felt an urge to contribute to science by improving rapid detection of COVID-19 and the understanding of its pathophysiology in order to create effective therapies. We are conducting a study to assess whether the ethics approval process may have caused relevant delay in patient enrollment that may have hampered scientific progress during the pandemic using a short questionnaire. It should take about 5 minutes to complete. Our goal is to evaluate whether a new mechanism is needed for rapid approval of studies that follow existing ethical and confidentiality guidelines for use of samples that pose minimal or no risk to patients. We would appreciate your participation to hopefully facilitate research in the future and be better prepared for the next crisis. The survey is intended for research scientists and medical staff who conducted or are currently conducting analytical or diagnostic, non-interventional research on COVID-19. Here is the link to the survey: https://lnkd.in/dydxepD Please consider sharing it widely with colleagues.

Amit Aharoni shared thisAmit Aharoni shared thisIn April, the number of companies creating new job listings for tech roles dropped by a massive 60% on 3 of the largest job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor). According to Beauhurst, 615,000 jobs are at risk in the UK tech industry. As Europe’s leading tech recruitment platform, we have the mission to help companies grow and individuals get the job they deserve, no matter the situation. For that reason, and in an effort to support tech companies and laid-off workers, talent.io makes all hiring free in the UK. We won’t charge you for any hire you make on our platform for at least the next 3 months. We may extend this offer further, depending on how the crisis evolves. ➡️ To start hiring for free, simply schedule a call with us through talent.io #techlead #CTO #hiring #tech

Amit Aharoni shared thisProud of my brother, Idan Aharoni, for launching IntelFinder - a service disrupting the brand abuse detection space. More than a decade ago, while working at RSA (now the security division of EMC), Idan launched the first human-driven fraud intelligence service in the industry. In 2019 he was recognized for this endeavor by receiving the "Legends of Fraud" lifetime achievement award. With the newly launched IntelFinder, Idan codified his expertise into automated monitoring algorithms that go deep, allowing the company to offer the service for a fraction of the price charged by incumbents. In recent head-to-head POCs, their service beat incumbents in quality of threats they cover. When we beta-tested IntelFinder, we were alerted of some real brand abuse issues (rogue apps trying to capitalize on our referral incentive) that we were not aware of, and the service continuously monitors dozens of other types of potential issues. I recommend to check it out. Also, I am happy to make a warm introduction if you need to talk to someone who is super knowledgeable about the field.Amit Aharoni shared thisAfter spreading hints with my position change announcement and several teaser posts, it is time to finally announce our new service - IntelFinder. A customer-specific, actionable threat intelligence service for a fraction of the cost - as low as $250 per month per brand. Come check it out for yourself with a month of free trial, no strings attached. #threatintelligence #threatintel

חולק עבור אנשים כמוני :) One of the most worrying situations during the war is being caught outside when a warning or siren goes off. What do you do? Where do you go? Public shelters have been mapped on Google Maps. But when you’re driving or when a siren sounds and every second matters, opening the app and searching for “bomb shelter” can be problematic. So, I created an iPhone shortcut for my family that, with a single tap, opens Google Maps with directions to the nearest public shelter already loaded. By request, I’m sharing it here as well. Advantages: When connected to CarPlay, the directions to the shelter will be shown for driving. When not connected, the directions will be for walking. You can switch the directions with the tap of a button. You can also ask Siri to activate the shortcut. For the shortcut to work, you need the Google Maps app and Apple’s Shortcuts app installed. It works best if you place a Shortcuts widget on your home screen, but you can also add it as an icon like any other app. I’m sure there are different apps or even shortcuts that already do this, but I’m not familiar with them. Sharing it for people like me :) https://lnkd.in/dcAMJ5tn

Amit Aharoni liked thisAmit Aharoni liked thisAs someone who has been using ChatGPT since it launched, I always thought AI was good for a few tasks, but not quite there yet in others. Two weeks after installing Claude Code, I’m blown away. Opus 4.6 is the AI that was promised to us. It’s like having a genie that grants you infinite software wishes (at least, if you have a Claude Max subscription). Here are three quick takes from my time with Claude: 1. All companies are going to adopt AI - not because of the hype or because they want to, but because they’ll have to. With Claude Code the frequency of our feature release has increased from once a month to a few a day. That genie isn’t just granting wishes, it does it at incredible speed. Companies developing the old-fashioned way are trying to win a drag race on a bicycle. They stand no chance. Everyone’s development speed will have to increase just to keep up and the only way to do that is using AI. 2. Companies need to rethink their marketing materials - I’m currently in the process of using Claude to build an internal tool. I remembered there was a well-funded start-up with a known, successful solution that has similar functionality. I told Claude “perform competitive intelligence on company X and extrapolate features we can adopt into our tool”. In five minutes it got back to me with what it had found. It literally told me “here are ten things I think you should steal”. All I had to do is say “build them” and ten minutes later they were already embedded and available in my tool. In a world where someone can clone most of your features in 15 minutes, any screenshot of your dashboard or feature claim becomes immediately a competitor’s feature. Educating the market about your product has just become much harder, as everyone needs to keep their cards much closer to their chests. 3. The new moats - These impressive AI abilities have already taken their toll on companies whose main value proposition was not technological. Monday.com's valuation has been cut dramatically, down over 70% in a year, as the market begins to question the moat of companies whose value lies in workflow software rather than proprietary data or deep domain expertise. Valuation will no longer be determined by the work that has already been done, as new competitors can catch up with a few simple prompts. The new moats will be deep understanding of a subject matter, such as cyber security or fraud, deep knowledge that AI models can’t easily replicate. Every company will need to have its own coke or KFC secret recipe, which would be closely guarded. Companies that relied on a unique user interface will either have to patent their interface (such as Match Group, Tinder’s parent company, who patented the swipe left/right mechanism in dating apps). Whether a large user pool base is a moat in products with positive network externality (i.e., that the value derived from a product is dictated by how many users already use it) remains to be seen.

Amit Aharoni liked thisAmit Aharoni liked thisToday, we’re excited to announce the rollout of our enhanced Virtual Analyst. The Virtual Analyst is an AI-driven analysis engine that leverages advanced LLM models to triage alerts, i.e. automatically reviewing newly generated alerts, classifying them as true positives or false positives, and determining their priority. By analyzing the full alert context, including screenshots and visual evidence, the Virtual Analyst helps reduce noise and alert fatigue, save valuable analyst time, and improve signal accuracy. Teams can start safely by enabling suggestive mode to evaluate the Virtual Analyst’s accuracy, then gradually introduce automation where it delivers the most value. Privacy remains a priority. These advanced capabilities are opt-in and disabled by default, and sensitive subscription types such as Leaked Employee Credentials are excluded from AI analysis. The enhanced Virtual Analyst is currently in beta, and we’re actively working with customers and partners to further refine accuracy and capabilities. If you’re interested in seeing how AI can meaningfully improve alert triage and prioritization, we’d love to hear your feedback. #CyberSecurity #BrandProtection #ThreatIntelligence #AI #SecurityOperations #AlertFatigue

Amit Aharoni liked thisAmit Aharoni liked thisAs an investor, it is a true privilege to be part of the journey of a category defining company and what a joy it was to witness the blockbuster IPO of Meesho! Just 10 short years from a start-up in a tiny Koramangala apartment to a large listed company on Dalal Street! Founded in 2015 by IIT Delhi alumni Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Barnwal, Meesho has evolved from its unique social commerce origins into a robust full-stack e-commerce platform. Meesho operates a technology-driven marketplace connecting over 230mm consumers, 700k+ sellers, 120k+ logistics partners/ delivery agents, and 50k+ content creators in an integrated, AI-powered ecosystem. The platform differentiates itself through a zero-commission model for sellers, low-cost order fulfillment via its proprietary logistics network "Valmo," and hyper-personalized shopping experiences enabled by advanced AI/ML systems. This approach empowers value-conscious consumers, including first-time online shoppers in Tier 2/3/4 cities (~88% users from outside top 8 cities), with everyday low prices and a diverse product assortment, including unbranded and regional brands not easily accessible on other platforms. Importantly, Meesho is India’s first horizontal e-commerce platform to go public, a historic moment for the country’s internet economy. Its mission of empowering small businesses and entrepreneurs — particularly women — to become sellers with zero upfront investment has created new avenues of income and financial independence. This IPO is a milestone that represents all these people and their journeys. It honors every customer who placed their trust in a new way of shopping. And it reflects the determination of a team that stayed true to its purpose of empowering SMEs and democratising e-commerce in our vast and varied Bharat 🇮🇳. Deal of the Week https://lnkd.in/dbwycUFN Augmented Intelligence Inc. — $20M at $750M valuation https://aui.io Investors: eGateway Ventures (lead), New Era Capital investor group, strategic partners AUI's Stealth Play for the Post-Transformer Era AUI continues to operate under deep stealth while charting a bold path beyond the transformer paradigm — a contrarian stance in an AI landscape dominated by compute-heavy scaling wars led by OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google DeepMind. The company's recently closed $20M bridge SAFE at a $750M valuation cap underscores deep investor conviction that the next wave of AI breakthroughs won't come from bigger GPUs, but from smarter architectures. While the broader market remains fixated on model size and synthetic data pipelines, AUI's research focus lies in neuro-symbolic reasoning, blending the statistical power of deep learning with the logical rigor of symbolic systems. This hybrid approach promises greater reasoning reliability, interpretability, and energy efficiency — three attributes that address growing skepticism around current foundation models' opacity and cost of scaling. The raise brings AUI's total capital to nearly $60M, fueling the quiet development of its Apollo-1 reasoning engine, rumored to be a foundation-model architecture that fuses symbolic logic modules with dynamic neural representations. Insiders describe Apollo-1 as a potential step-change in "grounded AI" — one capable of multi-hop reasoning and factual traceability without massive compute budgets. Within New York's fast-emerging AI corridor, AUI is becoming one of the most closely watched under-the-radar companies, blending research sophistication with enterprise-grade product discipline. Its investor syndicate — composed largely of deep-tech and frontier-AI specialists — sees this as an early bet on the post-transformer paradigm: leaner, more explainable AI that could redefine how intelligence is modeled, trained, and deployed. Deal Significance AUI's bridge round reflects a broader inflection point in AI investing — where capital is shifting from pure scale bets to architecture differentiation and reasoning fidelity. The company represents a hedge against the saturation of transformer economics, where model improvements deliver diminishing returns on exponentially higher costs. If Apollo-1 delivers on its promise of interpretable, low-energy reasoning, it could position AUI as a strategic acquisition target for hyperscalers seeking new compute-efficient architectures, or as the foundation for a new class of hybrid AI platforms capable of combining symbolic logic with generative fluency. For investors, this deal underscores rising conviction that the next "OpenAI-moment" may emerge not from scale, but from structure — and AUI's stealth trajectory gives it the mystique and momentum to be one of the few serious contenders for that title.

With RL techniques like GRPO, it’s become easy to fine-tune small models to outperform foundation models on vertical tasks. We’re open sourcing Osmosis-Apply-1.7B: a small model that merges code (similar to Cursor’s instant apply) better than foundation models. Links in comments! Using foundation models for high specificity, low complexity tasks like code merging can be overkill - instead, it’s better to use a specialized model instead for higher performance and latency. We fine-tuned the model on 100K real-world code commits where the model needs to merge a code edit snippet into an original code snippet. On the test dataset (subset of CommitPackFT), foundation model performance ranged between 0.77-0.93 reward score. In comparison, Osmosis-Apply-1.7B achieved a 0.98 reward score - while also being 3X-5X more affordable than the next cheaper model AND ~10X faster! Why this matters: the best AI agents use multiple models to ensure task specialization and reliability at scale - on top of cost and latency benefits as well. Links to the model and full write-up (with reward function, hyperparameters, etc.) are in the comments - reach out if you’re interested in using reinforcement learning!

Replit just raised $400M at a $9B valuation — and IronArc Ventures doubled down with a sizable investment. We first backed Replit because we believed software creation should be accessible to everyone, not just engineers. That thesis is playing out faster than anyone expected. 50M+ users. 85% of the Fortune 500. On track for $1B in run-rate revenue by year-end. And today they launched Agent 4 — 10x faster than its predecessor. But the numbers aren't what excite me most. It's watching a CMO prototype partnership ideas on game day. My kids building their own video games. Employees spinning up internal tools in hours instead of weeks. Thanks to Amjad Masad Alexander Bibic Robert Kohse and the Replit team for pursuing the mission to bring a billion creators online. Every quarter, that vision looks less ambitious and more inevitable. Congrats to the entire Replit team. We're proud to be part of this journey. CC: IronArc Ventures #Replit #AI #VibeCoding #Venture

Thrilled to announce that Together Fund is investing in Sentra, alongside a16z speedrun! You track results in Jira. Decisions in Notion. Conversations in Slack. But the reasoning, the debates, trade-offs, and context behind why you chose A over B, disappears into what we call "Dark Matter." A decision made in March looks insane by July because no one remembers the constraints that made it smart. I lived this firsthand at Twitter scaling from 800 to 8,000 employees, and at Google while launching AI Overviews to billions at planet scale. The problem isn't process. Process is compensation for something deeper: organizational amnesia. An organization’s "Systems of Record" doesn’t solve this, they encode it. They store what happened, never why. That's why we are investing in Sentra. Sentra is the always-on collective memory that eliminates organizational amnesia by maintaining accurate context for all members and agents, functioning as an operational nervous system. It connects to every channel where work happens, meetings, Slack, email, code commits, docs, calendars, and treats them not as artifacts to search, but as living signals to synthesize. The fleeting and the permanent, unified into a memory that understands. The founding team is built for this: - Jae Gwan Park (CEO): Product-first founder, memory systems research at UofT and MIT - Ashwin Gopinath (CSO): Former MIT professor, created "Reflexion" (NeurIPS 2023), agents that learn from mistakes, 2x founder - Andrey Starenky (CTO): Early Vapi engineer, ex-IBM, built to process enterprise-scale data firehose Together is an operator-led fund. We invest in problems we've lived. This is one of them. Many congrats Jae, Ashwin and Andrey, we are so excited to partner with you! VC friends - Having done these types of sailings with Ori Lahav for a bunch of years, and having been part of the portfolio of quite a few VC's - I can't recommend this idea enough. Doing a sail for portfolio CEO's will get VC's two huge values: 1) Your startup CEO's don't have much pure thinking time with peers. This is the perfect setting for deeply advancing strategy and tactics thinking in your portfolio. 2) I guarantee that taking your portfolio CEO's sailing like this will be a huge differentiation vs competing VC's. While others just talk about value-add, you'll be delivering.

🔥New Zero to Umm Episode with Vlad Cazacu of Flowlie Technologies 📺 / 🎙️Watch & Listen: https://lnkd.in/d_hVxgPh 🔗 Episode Stack: https://stackl.ist/4qaixcK Startup fundraising may look polished from the outside. From the inside, it’s mostly chaos. When I sat down with Vlad, Founder and CEO of Flowlie Technologies, what stood out wasn’t the AI or the Flowlie product. It was how much of Flowlie came from lived frustration. Years inside venture capital. Thousands of deals reviewed. And a realization that founders waste an enormous amount of time just figuring out who they should not be pitching. Vlad told the story of sitting in a windowless shoebox office in Miami, walking out to a meeting, and coming back to find four Stripe sales waiting. That was the moment Flowlie stopped being an experiment and became real. What I loved most is how he thinks about the future. A world where founders only show up for investor meetings, and everything else just quietly works in the background. If you’re raising, or thinking about raising, this conversation will hit close to home. Curious what part of fundraising drains the most energy for you right now?
