“Adam is a sharp and talented leader and security professional. When I joined HackerOne, within the first 30-days we collaborated on a huge project, The Bug Bounty Field Manual. We have continued to collaborate during his time at Google, running the Android Security Workshop for Bay Area students during the HackerOne Security@ User Conference in October 2019. He's a joy to work with and the Security industry is great because of professionals like Adam. ”

I visited a school in Minneapolis to teach kids about "Solving for X" - finding a big problem, and thinking of "moonshot" ideas to solve it. The class I worked with chose "domestic violence" as the problem to solve. I visited a school in Minneapolis to teach kids about "Solving for X" - finding a big problem, and thinking of "moonshot" ideas to solve it. The class I worked with chose "domestic violence" as the problem to solve. After meeting them in person, I conducted Hangouts with them to coach and mentor them on coming up with ideas to solve this problem. They came up with a prototype idea of a piece of tech that could be inserted into any stuffed animal. When you squeeze the stuffed animal, it would trigger a call to 911 - the tech included a microphone so the police could hear what was happening, and GPS so the police could know where to go to provide assistance.
The lack of women and minorities in STEM is a huge issue - this project was to try and inspire the class to see how technology can be used to solve big problems, as well as to help inspire them to pursue careers in STEM.
