For me, what’s most meaningful isn’t the technology itself but what it enables. It allows us to: • Step in earlier, before complexity and cost spiral • Keep continuity between digital experiences and our Care Coordinators • Give our teams better context so they can show up with empathy and confidence • Scale responsible AI without losing the human connection I’m especially proud of the work integrating clinically validated provider insights from Embold Health and the collaboration across engineering, product, clinical and operations teams that made this possible. Progress like this only happens when talented people trust one another and stay focused on the right outcomes. Healthcare is personal. The responsibility to get this right is real. They came from a mentor who kept it simple: You win with people. Systems matter. Technology matters. Talent and strategy matter. But none of it works without trust. If you lead with integrity, invest in real relationships and show up every day with consistency, people will move mountains with you. That’s true on a football field. And it’s true in business. Customers don’t buy products. They buy belief. They buy confidence. They buy trust in the people behind the product. At the end of the day, organizations win or fail because of their people. And we will win with ours.
