Adam Bieber shared thisMy journey has been anything but steady, linear, or predictable. I’ve been laid off 4x in my career. I’ve seen incredible highs and some of the deepest lows. Here’s how the last 15 years have evolved. At age 18: Graduated high school. Went straight to college. At 19: Enlisted into USAF. Medically discharged in first year after a traumatic head injury. At 20: Moved to Hawaii to figure things out. Got a job working in K12 education. At 21: Laid off from job in Hawaii. At 22: Moved back to GA and got married. Immediately felt the effects of a toxic and abusive marriage. Started career in construction. At 23: Laid off (2nd time) from construction job. Devastated. At 24: Started new construction job. Laid off (AGAIN. 3rd time) due to budget cuts. Then got first sales job! At 25: Became a Dad! (Still in toxic / abusive marriage) At 26: Started writing content for a passion project called: Synergetic Culture® At 27: Filed for divorce. LAID OFF AGAIN (Due to Covid. 4th layoff). At 28: Pivoted sales career into tech / SaaS. At 29: Took passion project to next level and launched the Synergetic Culture® Podcast. At 30: Became a global sales leader. Earned a leadership / management role. Multiple promotions. GOT MARRIED! At 31: Passion project (Synergetic Culture®) wins first client as a consulting company. Left big tech for biz dev director role in local technology business. At 32: Synergetic Culture® grows with a few more clients and major podcast upgrade with studio sponsor. At 33: Local technology business achieves record setting growth. Synergetic Culture® steadily increases revenue. AND today… growing, grateful, and grounded. The reality is there will always be ups and downs. In the depths of the valley, it’s hard to see the purpose in the pain and frustration. But hang in there. Seek growth and perspective. Then persevere up the mountain. The peak will be even sweeter. I’m 15 years in and I feel like this is just the beginning. EXPECTANT for what’s to come! Hey… I’m Adam Bieber —> I help businesses secure & leverage technology —> I help founders scale sales processes —> AND If you want to measure culture, I can help you do that too DM me to talk!

Adam Bieber shared thisCraft Beer + Local Business Leaders + Technology & AI = AI Talks with Don Morrow & HighlandTech Yesterday, Don & I co-hosted our AI Talks happy hour at Voodoo Brewing Co. - Roswell. It brought together amazing members of our community who are passionate about growth, innovation, and technology. The conversations, the real-time application, and the genuine curiosity made it one of my favorite AI Talks to date. I’m grateful for the folks that came out and the opportunity to link arms with HighlandTech to support local businesses! Shout out to James Rouse for being such a gracious host! Adam Bieber shared thisHealthcare & Leadership Day at Wellstar Health System (North Fulton) as part of Leadership North Fulton with the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. I’m truly amazed at the heart, passion, purpose, and WHY these medical professionals carry with themselves. Grateful for the opportunity to learn and understand a taste of the medical world and the care being delivered right here in North Fulton. The coolest part was getting to test drive a 5th generation surgical robot. Technology is advancing the medical field for the better and it’s encouraging to see. Shout out to my class and the amazing medical staff who made this day exceptional!

Adam Bieber shared thisI’m not an Alabama fan… but was just in the presence of a GOAT. The legendary Nick Saban was the closing keynote speaker at Robin Robins TMT Boot Camp. He said a lot… but this quote stuck out to me the most. “My prayer was always… help me be the best person I can be and help me help others become the best people they can be!” - Nick Saban 🐐

Adam Bieber shared this2 • Y E A R S • a t • L O G I C • S P E A K What a whirlwind! When I got to Logic Speak two years ago, I was ready for a change. I was pretty burnt out from the corporate rate race and I was looking for an opportunity to level up, grow in leadership, and support a compelling mission. Insert Ashley May & Jason Etheridge… The leaders I didn’t know I needed! Jason started Logic Speak 22 years ago and 14 years ago he and Ashley started to really build something that goes far beyond IT services. The mission: to use our abilities and technology to have a positive impact on the lives of our clients, employees, and community! In short: it’s all about PEOPLE Now this, this was a mission I could get behind! Since joining the team, I have had the opportunity to represent Logic Speak at 200+ events, coffees, lunches, happy hours, etc. I’ve gotten to lead new customer acquisition and seen tremendous growth for our organization! My passion for what we do and how we serve grows every day! In January of 2026 I began a deeper leadership journey as a part of the Lead Team at Logic Speak with Jason Etheridge, Ashley May, and Andrej Tichy. Having a seat at the executive table to pour my heart into this community is truly an honor! As I reflect on the last 2 years I am GRATEFUL for the team here at Logic Speak, the many clients who have trusted me and our team to deliver to them exceptional service, and the community that has embraced me. Now as I gaze into the future I am fired up and ready to serve our employees, clients, and the community with passion! I am ready for what’s in store for Logic Speak! And… I am so thankful Jason Etheridge and Ashley May believed in me & invited me onto the team to be part of this! _________ To all the past, present, and future Logic Speak teammates I’ve had the honor to work with, THANK YOU for your support and your contribution to our mission. To the community (Our Backyard), you are the reason I wake up every day excited to do what we do! The opportunity to serve and support is a privilege and I’m so thankful for ALL of our Backyard partners, clients, and friends! Lastly, (and most importantly) I’m grateful to God and my family for the unwavering love, support, and belief in me. Kali is the President and CEO of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce AND she’s a CliftonStrengths coach! She walked our entire company through our strengths and empowered us to LEAN IN to each other’s strengths. ___________ I also got to join Victor McCarty and Joshua Sexton, CLCS for an Atlanta Braves game! Loved hanging out and our conversations around growth and deeper collaboration. ___________ Teressa Ruspi and I started cooking up some content in the Logic Speak studios! This was fun and I’m excited to share more on a future podcast. ___________ Lastly, I got to hold Ryan Bell’s Emmy he won may years ago! Which was pretty cool if I do say so myself. Adam Bieber reacted on thisAdam Bieber reacted on thisHate to break it to you, but those Core Values your company worked so hard to spell out? They have a dark side. A “Core Value Kryptonite” if you will. And if you don’t keep them in check (or at least be aware of the shadow side), they can have the opposite of the intended effect. Look, we ALL fall in love with our Core Values. We spend weeks, months and even years perfecting them and getting just the right language around them. Countless agencies or consultants help us define them. Early clients help refine them. Our team helps materialize them. So much is at stake for so few words. So much so, that if we don’t realize what can happen when our values are taken too far, we can get burned by the very fire meant to help light our path. Let’s walk through this. In fact, take ours at Logic Speak for example: 1. Core Value: “We Lean In” - At our best: proactive, engaged, all-in - Kryptonite if overdone: burnout, lack of boundaries, overcommitting and underdelivering > Shadow version: “We Never Step Back” 2. Core Value: “We Keep Improving” - At our best: growth-minded, always getting better - Kryptonite if overdone: nothing is ever “good enough,” change fatigue, overengineering, stalled momentum > Shadow version: “We Never Arrive” 3. Core Value: “We Care For You” - At our best: relational, empathetic, people-first - Kryptonite if overdone: avoiding hard conversations, lingering performance issues, carrying others’ emotional weight > Shadow version: “We Avoid Tension” 4. Core Value: “We Love Our Craft” - At our best: excellence, pride in work, high standards - Kryptonite if overdone: perfectionism, overbuilding, difficulty delegating > Shadow version: “We Chase Perfection Over Progress” Ouch. As hard as this exercise was, it was absolutely worth it to name the negative results that can arise from even the best of intentions. So, yes, work on your Core Values. Name them. Define them. Refine them. But always hold them with an open hand and the discernment to know when your biggest asset… Has now become your biggest liability. So, what’s the dark side of your favorite Core Value?

Adam Bieber liked thisWe were honored to have Walk Your Plans Atlanta and Design & Build XR featured during Roswell Inc Insight 2026, alongside so many businesses that are helping move our community forward. To be featured alongside companies like Rivian, Hyundai, PBS Aerospace, Vestis, and Wellstar Health was a moment we won’t forget. Since the day we opened our doors, we have never felt like we were building this by ourselves. Roswell Inc, the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, fellow business owners, clients, partners, friends, and community leaders have opened doors, made introductions, offered encouragement, and continued to show up for us in ways we couldn’t have imagined. These things are easy to talk about, but it means something totally different when you are the one trying to build something new. We are grateful to be part of a community that supports businesses not just for what they are today, but for what they have the potential to become. Adam Bieber liked thisAdam Bieber liked thisIt was a real pleasure attending the WatchGuard Gala Awards Night and having the privilege of being on the same table as Joe Smolarski , CEO of WatchGuard Technologies . We had some great conversations about strategy, the evolving cybersecurity landscape, and the day-to-day IT security challenges our customers are dealing with right now. Events like this are a great reminder of how important it is to keep the conversation focused on practical outcomes, not just technology for technology’s sake. The real value comes from understanding the pressures customers face and working together to help them stay secure, resilient, and ready for what’s next. A fantastic evening, and great to connect with so many people across the industry. #wgimpact

Adam Bieber reacted on thisAdam Bieber reacted on thisLast night was truly special. I had the honor of being recognized as one of the TITAN 100 award recipients for 2026. And even more special, I got to share this evening with my mom, who has been not only my biggest cheerleader, but the one who has come to my rescue, no questions asked, in more situations than I can count. Most people don’t know the story, but several years ago as we were about to enter our largest contract, I was confronted with a tough situation… my operations manager at the time was holding our security license, and knowing we were about to embark on this large contract, decided it was the time for him to demand ownership of the company or he would take the security license, clients, and employees, and walk. He had invested nothing into this company, never missed a paycheck (which I had done many times), and truly didn’t deserve ownership. But I was dealing with imposter syndrome, and didn’t feel like I would be qualified enough to have a security license, so I allowed him leverage that I didn’t realize would be used against me. Even worse, the only other two managers I had in my company at the time were conspiring with him. All of them. I had to make a really tough decision, and I knew my heart there was only one RIGHT decision to make. So I fired all three of them immediately and called the only person in the whole world I could trust… my mom. I asked her to quit her job, which offered benefits, a good salary, and stability, so that she could have none of that while I scrambled to save the company from collapse in only 7 weeks. She agreed. And we survived. There’s so much more to this story, but that will be for another time. Just know, TITAN wouldn’t be here without this woman by my side, and I could not be more grateful that she could share this moment with me. And yes, I personally hold every security license in the company now. #ThankyouMom #FemaleFounder #WomenSupportingWomen #Trust #Leadership

Adam Bieber reacted on thisAdam Bieber reacted on thisLast night we celebrated 10 years of Business RadioX® - North Fulton. What I'm amazed at is the cumulative effect of doing something consistently over time. It all piles up faster than you expect. At the same time, you don't make it 10 years in anything without a lot of support, and I couldn't ask for a better community to be rooted in than the North Fulton region. At the end of every episode of 𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘍𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘰𝘯 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘙𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘰, I thank our listeners for how they support us in so many ways, and even those thanks feel inadequate. None of this started alone. After several years of ownership of Gwinnett Business RadioX®, Mike Sammond had a dream for a studio in North Fulton, and I jumped in alongside him to launch in 2016. Mike is the OG. Without him, none of what followed would have happened. Renasant Bank has been a wonderful partner, hosting our studio since 2019. Much gratitude to Chris Braun, Shelley Katzef, and the rest of Shelley's team at the South Main office in Alpharetta. Since before we ever released the first show, the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce supported and championed our work. Kali Boatright and her team do such a terrific job advocating for business and the North Fulton region. It's not just the events, great as they are, but the behind-the-scenes work most people never see. Thanks to Anthony C., who is approaching seven years and nearly 80 episodes of 𝘍𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘙𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘰. Anthony is an outstanding host, and we're proud to produce his show in our studio. Grateful also for our association with Chris Noles and his team at Beyond Computer Solutions, Inc., who keep us cybersafe. Absolutely none of this happens without the support of my wife, Dr. Monica McCrary Ray, who has been in my corner every step of the way for all ten of these years. Our studio exists as a service to the business community, to give business and community leaders a place to tell their story that traditional media doesn't have room for anymore. That's been true from day one, and it's still what drives the work. Next up: episode 1,000 of 𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘍𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘰𝘯 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘙𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘰. We're coming for it!

Not even an ankle boot could stop me from showing up for some of my favorite events and organizations 💛 From supporting Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at their Spring Classic, volunteering with techbridge as a Hole in One rep at this year’s Tee It Up golf tournament, supporting recruitment efforts for the Volunteer Committees with Inspiredu Atlanta (message me if you’re interested 👀), to attending Women in Technology (WIT)'s WIT Connect 2026, it’s been a whirlwind in the best way. I’m especially thankful to be part of a team at Advanced Tech Placement (ATP) that truly values community involvement and making meaningful connections both inside and outside of tech. And somehow, a move happened in the middle of it all, too 😅 Feeling very grateful on this Friday morning for the people, organizations, and community that make Atlanta tech such a special place to be!

I’ve been here this week with the Rev.io team and I can without a doubt say I’ve found my people. In a world that is inundated with all things AI and virtual and automation, sometimes it’s easy to lose sight of what’s behind all of that. It’s people. And the people you choose to surround yourself with and connect with matters. Brent Maropis and Evan Rice are our north star and driving force for this company but these are also the same guys you can share a beer with and just have a real conversation with. No pretenses, no worring about “this is the big boss”; just really cool people who are passionate about our company AND their people who run it. To my sales boys, I love you guys and will see you soon ❤️ Onto the next big event adventure for #TeamRevIO 🥳 as we spread the word about all the amazing changes we are making in this industry. See you all out there ✈️

Most MSP owners think discovery is about gathering technical information. How many users? How many servers? What's your current setup? Stop. You're wasting discovery on questions that could be filled out on a form. Discovery should be about understanding their buying process and the real problems you're solving. Here's what I want to know… What makes this a NOW conversation? Not six months ago, not six months from now. When you're making decisions like this with service providers, who else is typically involved? Do you usually decide as a group or work with a board? What is the problem that we’re really solving for you with IT services? What kind of pains or symptoms are you feeling right now? If you had a 10 out of 10 service provider, what would that look like for you? And what would that help you accomplish? Then I pull on the threads. "How long has that been a problem?" "What have you tried to fix it so far?" “What's the cost of that to your business?" All sales is about change. People buy things to feel better, go faster, spend less, or achieve some kind of change. And I want to understand the transformation they're buying. Because they care far more about achieving that than they do the tools I used to deliver it. And if you ask the right questions in discovery, the answers become the only rebuttals you’ll ever need. As I tell our members and clients: All roads lead to discovery. Every stall deal and objection you can’t handle something that was missed and discovery. So don’t waste it asking information you can get on a form or a quick assessment. — Want to turn your discovery calls into closed deals? I've got playbooks that actually work. I'm Ray.

Positioning for Growth: How Small Businesses Can Succeed in 2025 and Beyond Running a small business means wearing many hats—marketing, payroll, compliance, and everything in between. What if SMB owners could offload time-consuming HR tasks to focus on what really drives growth? Partnering with a PEO (professional employer organization) can help small businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and access robust employee benefits packages typically reserved for larger corporations. PEOs give small business owners the freedom to work on their business, not just in it. Learn more about PEOs here: https://lnkd.in/g6yh2RjU #SmallBusiness #PEO #HRSolutions #BusinessGrowth

It takes conviction to start an MSP. It takes humility to scale one. Most $10M+ MSP owners don’t want to hear this. But it’s the truth. The same drive that got you here is now holding you back. Early on, your conviction was everything. You believed you could deliver better service. You trusted your instincts over process. You ran through walls because no one else would. That conviction built your first few million in revenue. But here’s what happens at scale: Conviction without humility becomes the ceiling. You’re still the one making every critical decision. You’re still the one clients ask for by name. You’re still running through walls instead of building leaders. And your business can’t grow past what you can personally touch. I’ve worked with dozens of MSP owners through this exact transition. The ones who break through $10M all make the same shift. They stop being the hero. They start designing the system. They let go of controlling how things get done. They trust their leadership team with outcomes, not just tasks. Here’s the pattern I see: The MSP owner who scales learns to lead through people, not around them. So ask yourself this question: Where are you still running through walls instead of building leaders who can? Because the answer to that question is your growth constraint. Your conviction got you started. Your humility will get you scaled. Which one are you leading with today? If you’re ready to move from hero to architect, let’s talk about what that actually looks like in your business. Real scale requires real humility. 𝗣𝗦 If your leadership team can’t make decisions without you, you don’t have a leadership team. You have highly paid assistants.

The Consultant Dilemma Every SMB Owner Faces You're at a crossroads. A consultant pitches you their "solution"—but it's expensive, generic, and feels like it was built for someone else's business. Sound familiar? As someone who's built, operated, and sold three businesses, I've sat in your chair. I know the fear of betting limited resources on a one-size-fits-all approach that might miss the mark entirely. That's why I don't work that way. Real consulting isn't about prescribing solutions—it's about listening first. Understanding your unique challenges. Respecting your budget. Then co-creating something that actually fits. Business transformation doesn't have to be all-or-nothing. The best solutions scale with you, evolve with your market, and grow as you grow. Because the right consultant isn't a vendor. They're a partner. Want to explore what a truly tailored approach looks like for your business? Let's talk about turning your vision into reality—one strategic step at a time. Think your business is too small to be a target for cyberattacks? Think again. Small and midsize businesses often believe cyber threats only affect large corporations. But cybercriminals see smaller businesses as easy targets due to less strong defenses. Preparing your business is not just smart—it's necessary. Here are key steps to get started: 1. Assess your risks: Understand where your vulnerabilities lie, from employee devices to network security. 2. Put in place strong cybersecurity measures: Use firewalls, antivirus software, and regular software updates. 3. Train your team: Educate employees on recognizing phishing attempts and safe online practices. 4. Back up your data: Regular backups can save your business from ransomware attacks. 5. Invest in cyber insurance: Coverage can help manage financial losses, legal fees, and reputation damage after an attack. For example, one retail client we advised was hit by a ransomware attack. Because they had prepared and had cyber insurance, they recovered quickly with minimal financial impact. The bottom line: Cybersecurity isn't just a technical issue—it's a business priority that protects your livelihood. What's your biggest concern about cyber threats? In this series on Building a Scalable Sales Engine, we're breaking down essential strategies for SMB CEOs to strengthen revenue and grow predictably. Today, let’s talk about Top 5 Lead Generation Tools Every SMB Should Consider For small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), effective lead generation tools can make a big difference in driving growth. These tools streamline the process, helping you attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads efficiently. Here are the top five lead generation tools every SMB should consider. 1. HubSpot CRM HubSpot CRM is an all-in-one platform designed to help you manage and nurture leads. It offers features like lead capture forms, email tracking, and pipeline management, making it easier to organize and monitor your interactions. Plus, HubSpot’s free version provides robust functionality, and as your business grows, you can scale up to paid versions with more features. 2. LinkedIn Sales Navigator For B2B businesses, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a powerful tool for finding and engaging with leads. It offers advanced search filters to help you target specific industries, job titles, or companies, allowing you to reach decision-makers directly. With lead recommendations, insights on prospect activity, and the ability to save leads, Sales Navigator is ideal for SMBs focused on relationship-based selling. 3. OptinMonster OptinMonster helps you capture leads directly from your website by creating engaging pop-ups, slide-ins, and forms that prompt visitors to take action. It includes powerful targeting options, so you can tailor messages based on user behavior, time on page, or exit intent. By converting website visitors into subscribers or contacts, OptinMonster helps SMBs maximize on-site traffic. 4. Google Analytics Google Analytics may not be a direct lead generation tool, but it’s essential for tracking and optimizing lead-generation efforts. It provides insights into visitor behavior, showing where leads come from and which pages convert best. With data on user flow, traffic sources, and conversions, you can adjust your strategy and make data-driven decisions to improve lead generation. 5. Mailchimp Email marketing is a powerful lead nurturing tool, and Mailchimp makes it easy to create and automate campaigns. With audience segmentation, email tracking, and automation features, Mailchimp helps you build relationships with prospects over time. For SMBs, Mailchimp’s affordability and scalability make it a great option to nurture leads and keep your brand top-of-mind. The Bottom Line: Effective lead generation is all about using the right tools to capture, engage, and convert prospects. By leveraging tools like HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, OptinMonster, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp, SMBs can streamline their lead generation efforts and drive consistent growth.
