Ahryun Moon shared thisKyle Lagunas and I were having one of those “random chitchats” that quickly turned into something much bigger. I was venting about the lack of industry resources to help our customers get smarter about AI: how to better understand its real rewards and risks, how to have more informed conversations with IT, and how to earn a seat at the table as companies begin forming #AICouncils. Because Kyle and I are both wired for action, the conversation quickly became: what if Kyle created the council, and GoodTime underwrote it? That’s how the Human-Centric AI Council #HCAI came to life. As a founding underwriter, we’re proud to share that the Human-Centric AI Council has released its Year One Transformation Toolkit: four free, practitioner-built resources designed to help HR leaders lead AI transformation with discipline across AI literacy, change management, vendor evaluation, and responsible AI. This is the full body of Year One work—four resources built by seasoned practitioners designed to help HR leaders navigate AI transformation with more clarity, confidence, and discipline: AI Literacy Toolkit & Applied Learning Course (led by Rachel Bourne and Melissa Laswell, MSOD, powered by CodeSignal) AI Change Management Ebook (led by Alicia Miller) AI Solution Evaluation & Design Framework (led by Lydia Wu) Responsible AI Transformation Framework (led by Susan Jackson and Tara Torres) These aren't white papers full of aspirational ideas: They're working tools—built from lived experience, not theory. And they're available right now, at no cost, to any HR leader who needs them. Built by 30+ HR practitioners who are doing the work. Worth a look if you’re helping lead AI inside your organization: LINK TO TOOLKIT IN COMMENT #AI #HCAI #HRTech #ResponsibleAI

Ahryun Moon reposted thisAhryun Moon reposted this"Mental energy used to be consumed by logistics." That's how Donna Barker described interview scheduling at Talkdesk before we partnered with GoodTime. A sentence I hopefully never have to hear again. 😊 When we evaluated the market, GoodTime was the only solution that could automate scheduling end-to-end at global scale. The results: even with a 300% increase in scheduling volume we benefitted from a dramatically faster turnaround time and a more consistent candidate experience. At Talkdesk, AI-first means we stop asking "how do we do this faster?" and start asking "what should we automate so our Talkdeskers can focus on what only people can do?" Powered by GoodTime, we are driving toward 90% automation of our interview scheduling process to elevate the candidate experience and so our Talent Ops team can focus on the work that compounds. Grateful for Ahryun Moon and the rest of the GoodTime team for their partnership. 💜 #AIFirst #FutureOfWork #TalentAcquisition #TalentOps

Ahryun Moon reposted this90% of companies missed their hiring goals in 2025 (According to GoodTime) Most are blaming the talent market. I've seen the numbers. I've also spoken with enough People Leaders to know what story they're telling themselves about why. The talent market is tight. The candidates aren't there. The good ones are too expensive. Some of that is true. But the 10% who hit their targets didn't add headcount to the recruiting function. They didn't buy another sourcing tool. They fixed the process. 60% of companies saw time-to-hire increase in 2025. Only 12% managed to reduce it. The teams in that 12% shared one thing: clearer ownership. Not more interviewers. Not better job specs. One person accountable for the timeline. The hiring process has a hiring manager. An interview panel. A People lead. Sometimes a founder. Nobody who owns the clock. So the process drifts. And the candidate who was in four conversations 10 days ago has now had two offers from companies that moved faster. The talent market didn't beat most companies last year. Their own calendar did. Three things the fastest teams did differently: 1. One named person owned the process timeline: not HR in general, one specific person 2. They set a decision date before the process started, not after 3. They told candidates directly when they wanted to move forward: in the call, not in an email three days later Top talent doesn't go to the highest bidder. It goes to the company that seemed most certain it wanted them.

Ahryun Moon reposted thisAhryun Moon reposted thisAI-generated applications are flooding inboxes. Here's the real problem most hiring teams aren't prepared for what comes next. GoodTime's 2026 Hiring Statistics Report found that fake or AI-generated candidates have emerged as the number one anticipated hiring threat of the year. Checkr, Inc.'s 2025 survey of 3,000 hiring managers revealed 59% had already suspected a candidate of using AI to misrepresent themselves. The tools designed to democratize hiring are also enabling credential inflation at scale. The answer isn't more screening technology. It's better conversation design. Three shifts high-performing TA teams are making: 1. Structured behavioral interviewing with specificity demands. Vague AI answers collapse under "Walk me through the exact conversation you had with your manager when that happened." 2. Portfolio and work-sample requirements embedded at the screening stage not the final round. 3. Human touchpoints AI cannot replicate. A 15-minute phone screen with genuine curiosity surfaces what no written application can. At JDA TSG, the hiring process is a hospitality experience. Like any great hotel, you can spot the difference between a guest who belongs and one following a script. Your interviewers should be trained to do the same. Precision over volume. That's the 2026 talent acquisition mandate, per SHRM. How is your team currently verifying that applicants are who their materials say they are? If this helped, like it so others see it. Repost to help someone stand out. Follow for recruiting, practical hiring and leadership insights. #TalentAcquisition #Hiring2026 #CandidateExperience

Ahryun Moon shared thisMost companies say they’re “#AI-first.” Very few actually operate that way. At Transform, I met Shauna Geraghty, Psy.D. Geraghty (SVP of People at Talkdesk). What stood out wasn’t the vision. It was the discipline. 👉 Small problems → solved internally with AI (built by the TA team!) 👉 Critical systems → partnered with vendors intentionally Her team doesn’t just “use AI.” They build with it. They’re trained - and expected - to think #AI-first when solving day-to-day challenges. How many teams actually operate this way? For lightweight challenges, they spin up their own solutions. For complex systems, they choose vendors carefully and partner with them closely to deliver real results. “There’s a big difference between seeing a demo and seeing it actually work at scale. GoodTime delivered.” — Shauna Geraghty, Psy.D. Before: · Days to schedule interviews · Endless back-and-forth across time zones · Teams buried in coordination After rethinking hiring as an AI-first system: · 40% faster turnaround · 300% increase in scheduling volume · 5 hours shaved off time-to-schedule But the real shift: “GoodTime doesn’t speed up scheduling. It removes the cognitive burden entirely.” — Donna Barker This is the unlock: AI isn’t about doing the same work faster. It’s about eliminating work that shouldn’t exist. The best teams aren’t just adopting AI. They’re redesigning how work gets done.

Ahryun Moon shared this💁🏻♀️ “Hey, please book a virtual interview for 1 hour with Jasper, 30 minutes with the hiring manager, and a 45-minute panel with Peter and Patrick. The candidate is available from 1–5pm on Mon, Wed, and Fri. Limit to the next 2 weeks.” 👉 Take a request like this and schedule it—fully autonomously. 🟢 No back-and-forth. No coordination overhead. No human intervention. This is what our Agent can now handle with our April GoodTime product update! Whether you type it in plain English or use a structured form ↓ ⚡ The Agent translates the request ⚡ Builds the full interview plan ⚡ Schedules across all stakeholders ⚡ Sends it to the candidate 🎊 “Interview scheduled.” And you’re still in control. Set your preferences, rules, and guardrails so it operates exactly how your team needs. This isn’t just scheduling automation. It’s end-to-end execution—done instantly. Welcome to what recruiting should feel like. #Recruiting #HRTech #AI #TalentAcquisition #Automation

Ahryun Moon shared thisNot only did Inc. Magazine feature me as one of its 2026 Female Founders 500 🙏, but it also published an article that heavily references our Hiring Insights Report. Thank you for bringing our work and the challenges TA leaders face to a broader audience. READ: https://lnkd.in/gFEpaMYi And the data is hard to ignore: 📊 90% of companies missed their hiring goals in 2025 Let that sink in. We were told hiring would get easier. Less hiring. More talent available. Better tools. Instead? • Teams faced unprecedented strain filling roles • AI flooded pipelines with applications (and noise) • Recruiters spent more time filtering than hiring The problem isn’t lack of candidates. It’s signal vs. noise. At GoodTime, we’ve been saying this for years: Hiring isn’t broken because of volume — it’s broken because of orchestration. More applicants ≠ better outcomes More tools ≠ better decisions The companies that will win in 2026 are the ones that: ✔️ Turn hiring data into real-time insights ✔️ Eliminate bottlenecks across the funnel ✔️ Focus on quality, not just throughput Grateful to see this conversation go mainstream and proud that our work is helping shape it. If 2025 taught us anything, it’s this: 👉 Hiring didn’t get easier. It got smarter or harder. #Hiring #FutureOfWork #TalentAcquisition #AI #HRTech #GoodTimeHiring Was Supposed to Be Easier in 2025—90 Percent of Companies Say It Wasn’tHiring Was Supposed to Be Easier in 2025—90 Percent of Companies Say It Wasn’t

Ahryun Moon reposted thisExcited to get started with GoodTime at Nscale. With a big year ahead and a huge amount of hiring to deliver, having the right tools in place will be critical. It’s been great working with Brandon Llamas throughout this process, and we're looking forward to finishing the implementation and really putting GoodTime to work as we scale. There’s a lot to do this year, and this will make a real difference in how we operate. 🚀Ahryun Moon reposted thisExcited to be partnering with Nscale 🚀 Big shoutout to Samir Y., Roopesh Panchasra, and the Nscale TA team for their partnership throughout this process. With Nscale’s recent $2B Series C—the largest in European history—it’s clear the team is gearing up for massive growth. They’re planning hundreds (if not thousands) of roles to support global AI infrastructure expansion—and saw the value in GoodTime’s AI agents as hiring ramps. Because when interview volume increases, coordination gets complex fast. GoodTime helps automate scheduling, changes, and candidate experience behind the scenes so teams can stay focused on hiring. Looking forward to what’s ahead for Nscale and GoodTime 💫 #Hiring #Recruiting #Partnership

What Do Top-Performing Systems Teams Have in Common? I've worked with companies using Salesforce, NetSuite, and other internal systems — from early-stage through to post-IPO. The best teams? They don't just keep systems running. They use them to drive growth. Here's what they consistently get right: Systems ownership doesn't live in IT It sits in finance, ops, or RevOps — the teams closest to the problems, not just the tools. The roadmap is cross-functional They co-build it with GTM, finance, and ops leaders. It's not about tickets — it's about business outcomes. They measure ROI on systems work It's never just about features. They ask: → What manual work does this replace? → How does it improve decision-making? → What does it unlock for scale? A high-performing systems team isn't just technical — they're strategic. What have you seen the best teams get right? #salesforce #netsuite #revops #businesssystems #systemsleadership #scalingcompanies #recruitment

Most CEOs don’t have a reporting problem. They have a clarity problem. Josh LaSov built AI for NetSuite to fix that — not prettier dashboards, but answers that actually tell you what happened, why it happened, and what to do next. If you’re running NetSuite and still chasing margin leaks, slow closes, or bloated inventory, this conversation will hit home. This is NetSuite-enabled AI built for operators, not demos.
