Beth Doane shared thisI am so proud of what we have built over the past five years, and we could not have done it without this incredible team. Thank you to Jose Felix Diaz for this post and to Justin Sayfie, Brian Goldmeier, Sean McManus, Carole Ann Hausman, and all of our incredible sponsors, speakers and partners! Can't wait to see everyone at this year's Miami Tech Summit!Beth Doane shared thisFive years ago, we set out with a simple idea: create a marquee moment for Miami Tech Week that actually reflected the energy, ambition, and seriousness of what was building in this city. What started as a conversation quickly turned into something much bigger. With my co-founder Justin Sayfie and incredible founding advisors (Sean McManus, Beth Doane and Carole Ann Hausman) we brought together a group of people who believed Miami could be more than a headline—that it could be a real hub at the intersection of technology, capital, and policy. In that first year, we were fortunate to convene some of the most respected voices in the tech ecosystem, including Keith Rabois, Marcelo Claure and Jack Abraham, alongside leaders who were helping shape Miami’s trajectory in real time. Over the years, the Miami Tech Summit has grown into something we’re deeply proud of. We’ve welcomed extraordinary voices from across industries—from Dan Marino to Shane Battier to Apolo Ohno —and last year, Haley Cavinder & Hanna Cavinder, who represent a new generation of athletes and entrepreneurs redefining influence. Each year, the room has gotten stronger. The conversations sharper. The stakes higher. This year will be no different. On Wednesday, April 22, we’ll host the 5th Annual Miami Tech Summit at the Pérez Art Museum Miami. We’re honored to welcome Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and City of Miami Mayor Eileen Higgins, alongside a world-class group of founders, investors, and policymakers. We also have some surprise guests which will surely draw a crowd. The focus this year is artificial intelligence—arguably the most important technological shift of our time—and what it means for how we build, govern, and lead. We’ll start with lunch, move into a series of conversations throughout the afternoon, and close with a reception overlooking Biscayne Bay. None of this would be possible without the continued support of partners like Amazon, Miami Dade College, the Florida Bankers Association, Robinhood, and Hotwire Communications Ltd , among others. Finally, I’d like to thank the Chairman of our Advisory Board Brian Goldmeier and our advisory board members Antonio Primo, Eliam Medina, Josh Schertzer, Francesca de Quesada Covey, Beth Doane, Sean McManus and David Ramos for helping us on this journey. Miami is no longer emerging. It’s arrived. And this convening is a reflection of that.

Beth Doane shared thisI often say that capital moves markets, but people move the world. At the 2026 FII Institute Priority in Miami, I was reminded of the sheer scale of the movements we are helping our clients build. I couldn't be more proud of the Main+Rose team. The future isn't just happening; we’re helping shape it. 🏛️🚀Beth Doane shared this🏙️ Miami, home to our US Headquarters, has become a global crossroads where capital, culture, and innovation collide, and it’s exactly why gatherings like the Future Investment Initiative continue to bring the world’s most influential leaders here. FII Institute is the global investment and innovation platform convening world leaders, CEOs, investors, policymakers, and entrepreneurs, and our founder, Beth, was on the ground alongside clients and collaborators from across the globe. 🏛️🚀🌐 It began in Saudi Arabia as part of the Kingdom’s ambitious transformation strategy—deploying hundreds of billions into tourism, sports, technology, and infrastructure, and at Main+Rose, we’ve been honored to contribute to that evolution—helping shape tourism destinations, sports ecosystems, cultural landmarks, and technology platforms that are redefining what’s possible. We’ve seen firsthand how visionary strategy and storytelling can turn bold ambition into global movements and FII embodies that same ethos: bringing together the people actively building the future. Grateful to play a role in work that spans continents and be part of conversations shaping what’s next, alongside voices such as Larry Fink, HRH Ambassador Reema Bandar A. Saud, Masayoshi Son, Stephen A. Schwarzman, Ray Dalio, Jane Fraser, Jared Kushner, David Solomon, Amin Nasser, and Yasir Al Rumayyan, Francis X. Suarez Maja Vujinovic, Jose Felix Diaz, Mary Callahan Erdoes, Brad Garlinghouse, Ruth Porat, Dina Powell McCormick and many more. #FII #FIIInstitute #Miami #CityOfTheFuture #GlobalLeadership #Innovation #SaudiArabia #MainAndRose

Beth Doane shared thisWhen a client's mission is this meaningful, getting the brand right feels like a responsibility. So glad we could deliver something Branches Community Projects is proud of, and so proud of what our team created for them. 🌎Beth Doane shared thisSome people talk about changing the world. Some people make that change happen. 🌍 It was an honor to design the new brand for Branches Community Projects, a grassroots organization that empowers community-led projects around the world through sustainable infrastructure, strategic funding, and long-term partnerships. 🌱 Branches’ recent projects have included: 🏫 A 2.5-year project with the Umoja Centre in Tanzania that included constructing classrooms, a library, community spaces, gardens, and more. Over 300 students, their families, and community members attended the opening day. 🤝 A prospective new partnership in a country they will be revealing soon, which stands to help hundreds of people by championing educational and entrepreneurship opportunities. As Branches has grown over the past decade, it needed a visual identity that better captured that scale and impact. ✨ We rebuilt the visual identity from the ground up, debuting a brand that was vibrant, bright, adventurous, and committed to fostering meaningful, lasting change. It’s focused on the future and all they hope to achieve — without losing sight of why they began and who they are. 🎨 Congratulations to founders Sawyer Franz and Michael Falla. We’re so inspired by what you’ve accomplished with Branches and can’t wait to see what’s ahead!!

Beth Doane shared thisIt’s always such a pleasure to visit one of my favorite cities, especially during the holiday season 🎄 Thanks for having us, London. My co-founder Kelly Gibbons and I recently wrapped up a productive week meeting with clients and partners. When we began Main+Rose, we had big dreams and even bigger ambitions to bring our passion for branding and strategy around the world. I’m so grateful to get to travel and launch global campaigns with such talented people and organizations today. We can’t wait to share what’s in store for 2026!

Beth Doane shared thisIt was such an honor to get to experience E1 Series from the beautiful Public Investment Fund (PIF) Lounge last week. My company, Main+Rose has worked with Public Investment Fund (PIF) for over six years, bringing brand, marketing, and comms strategies to some of the Middle East’s most innovative projects as they work toward Vision 2030. PIF continues to invest in and drive some of the world's most creative and sustainable companies and brands, like E1. E1 is the world’s first all-electric boat race. Sustainability is near and dear to my heart. My career started in sustainable fashion, and at Main+Rose, we’re selective about the projects we work on, partnering with organizations whose choices impact the world now and protect it for future generations. It’s incredible to witness what PIF and E1 are doing to bring entertainment and environmental protection together, pushing the boundaries of how we can continue to prioritize both sustainability and growth.

Beth Doane liked thisBeth Doane liked thisStill buzzing from an unforgettable moment at 1 Hotel West Hollywood. One of my favorite performers of all time, Bryan Cranston, spent time with our team this week and shared real-life lessons on leadership, the importance of details, and the power of plain old common sense. It was honest, sharp, and genuinely inspiring. Huge thanks to Bryan for being so generous with his time and to our Food and Beverage legend Nicholas Demasi for helping bring it to life. Grateful doesn’t cover it. #BryanCranston #1HotelWestHollywood #1Hotels #StarwoodHotels #Leadership #LifeLessons #CommonSense

Beth Doane liked thisThis is the kindest post ever Shawn Lesser I am blown away by the kudos - thank you so much! We do go way back, to the early years of impact investing when this was not even a thing and when there were so few of us digging in the trenches to make this happen... And look at the narrative these days! Mental health is on the same trajectory and with the amazing community that has been built Kokoro Prospira Global Wellcome Trust United for Global Mental Health (and so many others that I can’t hashtag) and incredibly brave funders and champions (again too many to hashtags but essentially all of the FMHC network and more) showing up in this space, I truly do believe real change is happening - despite the very real challenges. But dialogue is changing, action is happening and I’m so grateful to the team at the Real Summit for being hugely catalytic to this movement Heather Kelly Looking so forward to this event and grateful for the opportunity to speak. It’s gonna be great and hoping to see all my mental health warriors there Professor Miranda Wolpert Annika Sten Pärson Sarah Jeffery Elyse Cohen Joshua J. Chauvin Dr. Harold S. Erica Hutchins Coe Steve Duke Hayley Roffey Anna KyddBeth Doane liked thisSo excited that my friend Natasha Müller will be the opening keynote speaker at THE REAL Summit London 2026. https://lnkd.in/eydYbTFC Natasha is the best :) she is a true global leader helping lead the way in mental health, impact investing, philanthropy, and systems change. She has been at the forefront of this movement for years and is one of the most respected voices globally when it comes to mental health investing and driving capital toward real solutions. I’ve known Natasha for many years, and she’s incredible. She is the Founder of NM Impact and Kokoro , a not-for-profit focused on championing mental health as the foundation for a safer, kinder, and more productive world. She is also a UNICEF NextGen Global Principal, a trustee for United for Global Mental Health, and serves on multiple global advisory boards and initiatives connected to Harvard Medical School, The Valuable 500, sustainable finance, and mental health innovation. What I respect most about Natasha is that she doesn’t just talk about change. She helps build it. She brings together investors, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and leaders from around the world to help create real systems-level impact. She makes things happen 🚀💥 That is exactly why I’m so honored and appreciative to have her opening THE REAL Summit London. The Summit is bringing together leaders from finance, mental health, philanthropy, policy, business, and impact investing to help drive more collaboration, more connection, and ultimately more capital into mental & brain health. Beth Doane liked thisBeth Doane liked this"It was a pleasure to welcome industry leaders to West Palm Beach for the Opal Group Real Estate Investment Summit 2026 earlier this week. As our City continues to grow, we remain intentional in how we shape that growth — aligning public leadership with private investment to expand opportunity, strengthen neighborhoods, and ensure our progress benefits all who call West Palm Beach home. Because real estate is not just about assets — it’s about access — and together, we are building a city that is not simply growing, but rising with purpose.” — Mayor Keith A. James

🧵 Support Sustainable Fashion in New York! 🧵 Senate Bill S3217, introduced in 2025 by Senator Brian Kavanagh, aims to establish an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program for textiles. This legislation would require producers of textile products to develop and implement plans for the collection, reuse, recycling, or proper disposal of their products, with the goal of reducing textile waste in the state. New York Senate Bill S3217 proposes an Extended Producer Responsibility program for textiles, holding producers accountable for the lifecycle of their products. This means more recycling, less waste, and a greener future for our state. Let's advocate for responsible production and waste reduction. Urge your legislators to support S3217! #SustainableNY #EPRforTextiles #SupportS3217 https://lnkd.in/eV3JKWxG

Sexual Wellness Meets Strategy: How SX Fusion Partners With Ethical Brands Link In Bio. At SX Fusion, we believe creator partnerships should be built on more than visibility. Our models represent a new category of influence: educators, advocates, and brand ambassadors operating at the intersection of sexual wellness and digital entrepreneurship. We vet every brand through a rigorous lens: Is the product backed by science and research? Does the company support ethical marketing? Will the partnership enhance—not dilute—the creator’s long-term value? This matters because the earning ceiling in the creator economy has shifted. In 2024 alone, the top OnlyFans creators collectively generated over $2.3 billion, with multiple individuals earning over $30–60 million annually. Unlike other industries, this scale is being driven by individual talent with direct-to-consumer control. Our role is to bring infrastructure to that scale: Business systems to prevent burnout Compliance and risk management for long-term security Data analytics to optimize content and audience retention Strategic partnerships that elevate brand and creator simultaneously SX Fusion isn’t just an agency—it’s a growth platform for the most influential voices in sexual wellness. #SXFusion #SexualWellness #CreatorEconomy #OnlyFansStrategy #DigitalMonetization #BrandPartnerships #FemTech #InfluencerGrowth #EthicalMarketing #DirectToConsumer #SexTech #ContentCreators #BusinessOfInfluence #WomenInBusiness #SustainableGrowth

How can global fashion institutions better engage with and invest in African fashion ecosystems—beyond just inspiration or token collaborations? They can begin by approaching the continent with respect for the work already being done. Collaboration should be rooted in fairness and transparency, not extractive interest. Investment must support capacity, infrastructure, and long-term business development. When partnerships focus on real value creation for both sides, rather than surface level visibility, they help build a stronger global fashion economy and ensure African brands can thrive on their own terms. Thank you One Magazine. https://lnkd.in/eDUjUuwu

Key themes from the conversation: • Why material innovation is foundational to decarbonizing textiles • The importance of non-toxic chemistry and supply chain transparency • Moving beyond incremental improvements toward system-level change • Bridging performance expectations with regenerative design • Seeing & feeling PLNTmatter's materials at The Mills Fabrica's Fabrica X exhibition January-June 2026 The future of textiles must be both high-performing and responsible by design.
