I just saw the latest version of our LLM Visibility Module that we’re rolling out to MH-1 customers. It's one of our most-requested AI Marketing modules and answers the first question you must answer if you want to succeed in GEO. How are we showing up across all LLMs? In about a couple of hours, our module gives you a clear view of how LLMs actually perceive your brand. It is a multi-step process involving research, scoring that usually takes teams 50-70 hours of work and multiple SaaS tools - time and money that can now be spent elsewhere. First, it maps your AI footprint across the trust nodes that models actually rely on. Think Wikipedia, G2, Trustpilot, Reddit, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Capterra and two dozen others. These are the sources that shape the knowledge graph underneath ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Second, it scores citation quality, not just volume. Authority, freshness, and structure matter far more than raw mentions. Five strong citations consistently outperform twenty weak ones, and most brands don’t know which bucket they’re in. Third, it tests live visibility across the major LLMs. Where you rank, whether you’re cited at all, and which sources the models are pulling from when they talk about your category. The most useful part is the causal explanation. You don’t just see outcomes, you see why. For example: no Wikipedia presence leads to a weak knowledge graph, which leads to ranking fourth instead of first for core category prompts. From there, the output is a concrete roadmap. Things like creating a Wikipedia page and claiming a Capterra listing can realistically move you from fourth to second in a few months. Not because of magic, but because the underlying inputs change. Most brands are flying blind right now. They don’t know if they’re being recommended by AI, how they compare to competitors, or which fixes actually matter. The companies that treat AI visibility as a first-class marketing surface, and systematically close trust and citation gaps, are going to own their categories over the next couple of years.
