Drew💥 Bickers reacted on thisThe ONEUNG Giving Campaign is here: April 20 – May 1, 2026. I’m reaching out with a simple request: let’s show up for the Cadet Corps that showed up for us. Commitment: The Corps was where discipline became habit, leadership became expectation, and classmates became lifelong friends. It shaped how we carry ourselves, how we serve, and how we lead. Now it’s our turn to ensure that same experience is strong for the next generation. Honor: This is about honoring the legacy we share. Giving is one way we honor that bond and invest in the future of the Corps we love. My Ask: I’m asking you to make a gift, any amount, to the Corps of Cadets Fund and to bring others with you. Every gift strengthens Cadet training, leadership development, and critical Corps programs as private support becomes more essential than ever. Give today. Invite others. Reconnect with a classmate. Let’s show what Corps commitment looks like—together.

Drew💥 Bickers reacted on thisWHY WE GIVE… Friends of UNG, Transforming Cadet Lives Through Global Internships! Meet Nick and Annie Shreiber, originally from Argentina of European ancestry, and now proud residents of Dahlonega, GA. “Annie and I feel deeply grateful for the good fortune we’ve experienced in life—financially, in health, and especially within our family. Sharing that good fortune is important to us. Our greatest passion is our family: two sons in their early 40s, both devoted fathers, husbands, and professionals. We’ve always supported them whenever needed, and we’re equally committed to helping our five wonderful grandchildren, especially with their education. Beyond family, we’re passionate about education and music. We endowed the Nick and Anne Marie Shreiber Scholarship at UNG’s College of Science and Mathematics, and a similar scholarship at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business. Since moving to Dahlonega in 2020, we’ve been continually impressed by UNG’s staff, programs, and achievements. Learning about the Cadet Program’s impact inspired us further. When James Corbin shared the initiative to send cadets overseas, we realized airfare was often the biggest barrier. Having experienced the transformative power of international travel ourselves, we felt compelled to create a scholarship to help cadets seize these life-changing opportunities.” Nick and Annie Shreiber’s commitment to education and their belief in the transformative power of global experiences have opened doors for UNG cadets that might otherwise remain closed. Their generosity not only changes individual lives but also strengthens the entire UNG community. As we celebrate donors like the Shreibers, we are reminded that one act of kindness can ripple outward, inspiring others and shaping the future for generations to come. Thanks to their support, UNG cadets are better equipped to lead, serve, and make a difference—both at home and around the world. The opportunity to study and intern abroad can be truly life-changing. If you are able, please give today—your contribution can make the difference between a dream deferred and a future transformed. Join us in empowering the next generation of leaders. Every gift matters, and the time to make an impact is now. Please scan the link in the comments below:

Drew💥 Bickers reacted on thisLeaders build leaders — and one cadet proved it before he even graduated. While still a student at the University of North Georgia, 2LT Jack Rainbow (’23) established the Webb-Burke Servant Leadership Scholarship — a gift created not from wealth, but from gratitude. His goal: to empower future cadets to lead fully, just as others once made possible for him. This scholarship also honors two alumni, Bill Webb (’12) and Clayton Burke (’18) — mentors who embodied selfless service and inspired countless cadets. Jack’s story reminds us that true leadership means honor through impact — giving back, not someday, but now. If you’ve ever been shaped by a mentor or leader, consider honoring them the same way — through impact. Who helped you become the leader you are today? #Leadership #ServantLeadership #UNGCorpsOfCadets #HonorThroughImpact #LeadersBuildLeaders

Drew💥 Bickers shared this“Andrew, you are too busy, you are going to miss out on life. You need to…. Stop, and smell the roses.” 🌹 🌹 🌹 While giving Ma-Ma’s Eulogy yesterday, I shared her words and this: 👉🏼Peace is found in the Pause👈🏼 Many of us here, certainly myself, are running full speed, non-stop. It’s the proper thing to do right? - out-pace everyone else. - appear busier. - show off the hustle. - win at all costs. Yet, when we take pause we may find peace. It’s here that we can: - reflect - learn - digest - progress I hope you all too, stop to smell the roses during your day and truly find peace in your pause.

Drew💥 Bickers liked thisDrew💥 Bickers liked thisAI IS CAPACITY REDESIGN NOT A SOFTWARE DECISION. For Enterprises the real question isn’t: “Copilot or Claude?” That’s surface-level. The real question is: Where is the business stuck because capacity doesn't exist and how to create that capacity with AI agents? They’re using AI to redesign how work gets done at task and workflow level. - Vendor setup. - Contract intake. - Sales ops cleanup. - QBR meeting prep. - Employee service requests. - Month-end reporting. That’s not “automation”. That’s trapped capacity becoming visible. Traditionally such work started with operating model redesign. But most organizations do not want to wait for the perfect redesign. They want to capture value now, while learning what the technology can really do, where the organization creates friction, and what talent shifts will be required. The companies leading AI adoption are focusing on four parallel steps: 1) Learning by doing and training existing talent 2) Mapping agent opportunities across workflows 3) Stacking quick wins with real workflow redesign 4) Putting governance around value. This was never about the tool. It’s about the management choice. The companies that win won’t just adopt AI. They’ll redesign capacity before their competitors even understand the game.

Drew💥 Bickers reacted on thisDrew💥 Bickers reacted on thisMoney doesn’t need a passport. It moves where it feels protected. Over the last 90 days, something interesting has been happening behind the scenes. A meaningful amount of capital from Mexico has been finding its way into U.S. real estate. Not headlines. Not hype. Just quiet, consistent movement. Why? It’s not about chasing returns. It’s about: → stability of the dollar → rule of law → predictable structures → assets that produce income without daily involvement For a lot of investors, it’s less “How much can I make?” and more “Where does my capital feel safest long term?” That shift changes everything. Because when capital starts thinking that way, it becomes patient. It becomes disciplined. It looks for operators it can trust, not just deals that look good. We’ve felt that directly. Over the past 90 days, we’ve brought in over $100M from Mexican investors into U.S. opportunities. No noise around it. No big announcements. Just relationships, structure, and alignment. This isn’t a one-off trend. It’s a reminder: Capital flows to clarity. Capital flows to trust. Capital flows to systems that have proven they work. And when it starts moving… It doesn’t ask for permission.

Drew💥 Bickers liked thisDrew💥 Bickers liked thisGRAND OPENING!!! ZOJAZZ STAGE Most people build venues. But every once in a while… people build ENERGY. ZOJazz Stage wasn’t created to just host performances. It was created to make people FEEL something. Inside @zandkasteelamsterdam — one of the most iconic buildings in Amsterdam Zuidoost — two women with Surinamese roots, real resilience, and a powerful vision came together to create something way bigger than a stage. They built a home for expression. For culture. For improvisation. For stories. For POSSIBILITY. And that matters. Because jazz was never just music. Jazz is perspective. Jazz is freedom. Jazz is trusting the process when there are no straight lines. That’s the philosophy behind this entire space. Even the instruments tell a story. Old pieces that some people would’ve thrown away… reborn into light. Still carrying every note, every hand, every ounce of soul that touched them before. That’s legacy. That’s respect. That’s culture. This isn’t interior design. This isn’t architecture. This is emotional infrastructure. A cultural statement. A love letter to Zuidoost. Proof that when you build with intention… people don’t just see it. They FEEL it. “What if it all works out?” It did. Vision by Drs. Drew💥 Bickers liked thisDrew💥 Bickers liked thisYesterday, I attended an excellent Institute of Directors (IoD) / Diligent webinar on strengthening Board oversight of risks, including key insights from the latest "What Directors Think 2026" report, based on 200+ directors of US listed companies. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁: • 40% of Directors put M&A and strategic partnerships as their top growth priority • 42% see technology as the #1 capital investment area • 47% rank strategic planning as the most pressing Board agenda topic • 58% want fewer presentations and more time for strategy • Only 8% say their Board has strong AI expertise My takeaways on what Boards should do differently: ✅ 𝗣𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮 • Reduce long management presentations • Make strategy a recurring Board discussion, not only an annual offsite • Example: Finning International (Toronto) discusses strategy at every Board meeting, plus an annual strategy session ✅ 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 • Ask management for live dashboards on what matters most: strategy execution, cash, customers, cyber, operations and people • Share real-time data between Board meetings, not only to review performance after the quarter is closed • Example: Abu Dhabi’s IHC appointed Aiden Insight as a non-voting AI Board Observer for continuous data analysis, risk assessment and strategic planning, final judgment stays with human Directors ✅ 𝗨𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 • Test economic crisis, cyber events, AI and supply chain disruption • Bring external experts into selected Board discussions • Example: Shell has institutionalized scenario planning since the 1970s and remains the gold standard ✅ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Check how AI will change jobs, skills and organization structure • Ensure hiring of junior talent who will become future leaders • Example: Walmart is rolling out AI tools for 1.5 million associates. Accenture has trained more than 550,000 people in generative AI fundamentals The Boardroom of 2026 cannot run on 2020 habits. Stronger Boards will not be the ones with the most slides. They will be the ones with better data, better questions and more courage. 💡 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲? #CorporateGovernance #BoardDirectors #Leadership #AI #Strategy #RiskManagement #BoardEffectiveness

“I worked with Drew for a year and a half. He came in and had an immediate impact on the team he managed. I remember he did a presentation at an internal sales conference in late 2021 , and it inspired me to create a specific stretch goal for 2022. I made my goal and he was a part of that. He's the guy who would tell me about how he gets up at 4 AM to work out every day and I understood why myself months later. Because no one else is up at 4 AM. Drew is up at 4 AM. He's a great leader and I enjoyed spending time with him in and out of the work sphere. Drew makes work fun, anywhere he goes he will bring his great attitude and work ethic with him.”

ISVs / SDCs — what’s your biggest struggle with Microsoft Marketplace? 🎯 Marketplace can transform how your software gets discovered and purchased — but it’s not always clear where to start. 💫 Here are the 3 biggest strategic levers every ISV should focus on: 🔹 Offer Packaging — Does your listing speak to enterprise buying needs? 🔹 Co-Sell Strategy — Are you plugged into Microsoft’s seller ecosystem? 🔹 Compliance & Certifications — Are you optimized for enterprise trust signals? If any of these feel like a “grey area,” you’re not alone — but you should care. Comment below with your biggest challenge — and we'll connect with you on how we can help.
