How we support each other and serve our customers for over 5,000 flights every day. Resilience. Knowing that when we are together, no challenge is impossible. Determination. Whether behind the scenes supporting our operation or taking care of our customers in the air and on the ground, the Delta people are leaders, innovators and the greatest ambassadors of our culture.

Fortunately, with paychecks now being restored for our vital TSA officers, wait times have returned to normal levels. I am deeply grateful to the Delta team for continuing to deliver exceptional service during a challenging period, and to all the TSA professionals who worked without pay to keep our airports safe. Ed Bastian shared thisYesterday, Andy Jassy gave me a tour of Amazon’s satellite production facility in Seattle, and we also sat down to chat with Liz Claman to kick off an exciting milestone in our partnership. Beginning in 2028, Delta will roll out Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite technology on 500 aircraft, bringing more fast, personalized digital experiences through our Delta Sync Wi-Fi and seatback. This means more convenient and rewarding travel for our customers and new, streamlined tools with real-time information to enable our people to better serve you. Combined with our existing AWS collaboration, this first-of-its-kind partnership is a big win for both our customers and our people – and it’s just the beginning. We can’t wait to show you what’s next as Delta and Amazon continue to connect the world, together.

Ed Bastian shared thisAfter more than two decades of extraordinary leadership and service, today is Glen Hauenstein’s last day at Delta Air Lines before his well-deserved retirement. Glen joined Delta in 2005 as we were heading into bankruptcy. His steady leadership steered us through challenges and laid a firm foundation for our global, premium future. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Delta would not be the industry-leading airline we are today without Glen’s vision. He helped build a culture of discipline, excellence and continuous improvement that will inspire our people for years to come. Glen has grown from a colleague to a close friend, and it’s been a tremendous privilege to work by his side. While he’ll be greatly missed within Delta, I’m thankful that he’ll continue to serve as a strategic advisor. Thank you for taking us to new heights, Glen. Congratulations on your next chapter!
