Two days at the Okura with some of the sharpest supply chain minds in Europe, and the conversations were anything but ordinary. The theme running through everything: we're not talking about the future of AI in logistics anymore. We're living it. A few moments that stuck with me: Ilias Pagonis showed the room what intelligent TMS actually looks like in practice, and the reaction said everything. Carrier selection, routing precision, transportation spend optimization, all driven by AI. People were genuinely impressed, and they should be. Lars Jensen laid out the new era of supply chain volatility with the kind of clarity only he can bring. Barbara Frenkel on leading global supply chains under pressure. Birju Shah on moving from visibility to real decision intelligence. Every session pushed the conversation forward. And the customers, Heineken, CEVA, Novelis, Syngenta, Avolta, Lanxess, showing exactly how this platform performs when it counts. Real outcomes. Real scale.
