Apoorv Jain shared thisRecently watched this insightful #TedTalk by Mads Faurholt in which he discussed recruiting and common recruitment mistakes. Faurholt stated that leaders often spend only 10% of their time recruiting, but 90% of their time making up for mistakes made during the recruitment process. He highlighted how leaders tend to seek candidates who can do everything, resulting in job descriptions with some unrealistic expectations. I completely agree with Faurholt's perspective and would like to suggest that you avoid making such mistakes in your recruitment process and Consider hiring a recruitment partner like Me for your next role to ensure a more efficient and effective hiring process 😊 #leaders #recruiting #job #hiringHow to master recruiting | Mads Faurholt-Jorgensen | TEDxWarwickHow to master recruiting | Mads Faurholt-Jorgensen | TEDxWarwick

Apoorv Jain liked thisApoorv Jain liked thisWhat My Board Exams Taught Me (And Why They Didn’t Matter) Decades ago, I walked into my board exams feeling like Shah Rukh Khan in “Kal Ho Naa Ho”—dramatic music playing in my head, tears threatening to spill, and the belief that my entire future depended on whether I could remember the Pythagoras theorem. Spoiler alert: it didn’t. Here’s what I’ve learned after almost 40 years (and no, it’s not from trigonometry). First, no one cares about your marks. Not once has anyone stopped me to ask, “Vineet, how much did you score in Class 12?” If they did, I’d probably say, “Enough to traumatize my parents but not enough to impress my teachers.” Your marks are like Bollywood item songs—they seem super important at the time but are completely irrelevant to the actual plot later. Second, college admissions are about more than marks. My grades were as average as an Akshay Kumar sequel, yet I still got into college. Why? Because confidence matters more than scores. Marks are like a supporting actor—helpful, but the spotlight belongs to you. If you can walk into a room and convince people you’re a superstar, you’ll go further than any percentage can take you. Third, toppers don’t always top life. Most of the toppers in my batch sprinted hard, peaked early, and burned out. Life isn’t a 3-hour Bollywood blockbuster; it’s a Netflix series. The backbenchers who took their time? Let’s just say we’re doing okay now. 😉 Finally, board exams don’t test intelligence—life does. My Chemistry scores were so bad that I think my teacher kept a prayer mat handy whenever I walked into the exam hall. But life doesn’t test you on Physics or Chemistry. It tests how you think, adapt, and convince others you know what you’re doing—even when you don’t. Pro tip: fake confidence works. Parents, stop treating exams like the Oscars of your child’s life. And students? Your marks don’t define you. Your story does. When someone asks years later, just say, “Enough to keep my parents off my back but not enough to quit watching Netflix.” Go write a great story. 😉

Why Ahmedabad Should Be Your Next US Staffing Hub Setting up or expanding US staffing operations in India? While Delhi and Bangalore are the usual suspects, Ahmedabad, Gujarat is quietly emerging as a cost-effective, talent-rich, and scalable alternative. Here’s why Ahmedabad makes sense: · Lower operational costs than Delhi/Bangalore · Skilled and trainable workforce from top institutions · Office rentals 2–3x cheaper · Night shift readiness is growing fast · Attrition rates 10–12% (vs >35% in Bangalore) · Expanding infrastructure – GIFT City, metro access, corporate parks · Business-friendly policies and a robust support ecosystem Pilot Projection – 20 Recruiters (Year 1): Total Estimated Cost: ₹1.25 Cr Includes office rent, salaries, IT infra, utilities, transport, and training. Bottom Line: Ahmedabad checks all the right boxes for a high-impact, low-cost staffing launchpad. If you’re exploring offshore growth, I’d love to share more insights. Connect with me or send mail at: chiragkothari2003@gmail.com Let’s build the future of staffing from the ground up—starting in Ahmedabad. #Staffing #USStaffing #Ahmedabad #Hiring #Recruitment #BusinessExpansion #GIFTcity #IndiaOperations #CostEfficiency #OffshoreSolutions #ChiragKothari

₹770 crore. For most founders, that number is the finish line. For him, it was the start of his toughest chapter. He sold his company at what looked like the perfect time. Then the market turned. Investments failed. Capital vanished. And the success everyone celebrated… quietly collapsed. Many founders disappear after a fall like that. He didn’t. No excuses. No blame game. No defending the past. He simply started again. Slowly. Quietly. Strategically. Years later, he rebuilt through Vishal Mega Mart Limited — now a ₹6,552-crore retail powerhouse serving millions of value-conscious Indian consumers. But the real story isn’t the revenue. It’s the comeback. Because entrepreneurship isn’t about one big win. It’s about staying in the game long enough to rebuild. The best founders understand: • You must learn faster than you lose • Ego is the most expensive liability • Short-term pain builds long-term clarity • Embarrassment is often the best teacher Your first success proves talent. Your comeback proves character. And in business, character compounds. #Entrepreneurship #StartupLessons #BusinessResilience #Leadership #IndianStartups #Retail

🚨 The U.S. isn’t banning IT outsourcing to India. It’s forcing the industry to grow up. And not everyone is ready. Over the last few days, I’ve seen panic posts everywhere: “Outsourcing is over.” “H1B is finished.” “India is being blocked.” Let’s pause. Show me the law. Show me the executive order. Show me the official USCIS or DOL update. There isn’t one. This narrative shows up every election cycle. 2016. 2020. Now again. Fear spreads faster than facts. 💡 Here’s What’s Actually Happening: The U.S. market isn’t shutting doors. It’s raising standards. Companies are demanding: ✅ Real experience ✅ Clean documentation ✅ Strong compliance ✅ Transparent payroll ✅ Fewer vendor layers ✅ More onshore / hybrid models That’s not a ban. That’s maturity. 📉 What’s Declining: ❌ Fake resumes ❌ Random mass marketing ❌ Rate-dumping bench sales ❌ Weak vendor relationships ❌ Non-compliant setups If your model depends on shortcuts — yes, this feels scary. If your model is built on skill and process — this is opportunity. 🚫 Bench sales is NOT dead. 🧠 Bad bench sales is. The firms that survive this phase will be the ones that: • Invest in compliance • Strengthen client trust • Build real consultant quality • Adapt to hybrid hiring trends • Stop chasing noise Outsourcing isn’t ending. The easy money era is. At Infinite Job Solutions, we believe in building staffing businesses on: Integrity. Process. Market intelligence. Long-term partnerships. Because real growth isn’t built on fear. It’s built on strategy. 💬 Are you adapting — or reacting? #ITStaffing #BenchSales #USITRecruitment #ComplianceMatters #HiringStrategy #InfiniteJobSolutions

HIRES COMING SOON… 🚀 If you’re in staffing, you know that feeling, like running hard on a treadmill and watching the odometer refuse to move. Here’s the perspective I share with my team (and myself) on weeks like this: 1️⃣ Effort compounds. Every résumé tweak, follow-up call, and “just checking in” email is a deposit in the bank of future offers. Keep investing. 2️⃣ Data > discouragement. A healthy funnel today can still produce hires tomorrow. Track the ratios; trust the math. 3️⃣ Progress shows up quietly first. A faster client reply, a candidate’s “Yes, I’m interested,” a credential cleared—celebrate those micro-wins. They’re the footsteps of bigger victories. 4️⃣ Reset, don’t retreat. Close the laptop with intention this weekend. Monday’s energy beats Friday’s burnout every time. The scoreboard might read 0 now, but the work you did in the last few weeks—the unseen grind—is already pushing that needle forward. What small win kept you going these past few days? Drop it below, and let’s cheer each other on. 💪 #StaffingLife #RecruiterResilience #KeepPushing #TeamTIUM #HiresComingSoon TIUM Staffing LLC Rakeshsingh Pharswan Blesson Jose Soniya Singh Faizaan Qazi Issac John Vivek Deshmukh Karthik Poojary Akshay Khade

Akhilesh Srivastava I genuinely hope Mahindra Group Group and Mahindra Automotive are taking notes. Because lately in Delhi NCR and even other parts of the country, whenever there’s chaos on the road, more often than not, the visual headline includes either a #Scorpio or a #Thar. Now, to be clear - Cars don’t cause attitude. People do. But somewhere along the way, it feels like some owners started assuming: Buy #Scorpio / #Thar →Free upgrade to road ownership. Which brings me to the unofficial full form of an #SUV for these Scorpio / Thar owners (in certain cases): S - Streets U - Unconditionally V - Vacate 😌 Because an SUV gives you ground clearance - not moral clearance. #PostBySG PS: Owning a powerful SUV doesn’t come with a VIP road pass.

Last Friday, I had the opportunity to attend the 6th Industry Staffing Conclave “The India Edge: Employment Reforms” in Mumbai, hosted by the Indian Staffing Federation. The conclave brought together highly qualified industry leaders to discuss the evolving employment landscape, regulatory reforms, and the future of the staffing ecosystem. One message stood out clearly : even in the age of AI, the importance of human capital remains central to sustainable growth. Technology may transform processes, but people continue to be the true drivers of progress. Key takeaways from the conclave: • The staffing industry plays a vital role in formalizing India’s workforce. • Ongoing discussions with the Finance Ministry on GST rationalization could positively impact the sector. • Effective 1st April’2026, payments for supply of manpower services will attract 1–2% TDS (depending on recipient category) instead of higher professional service deductions, a move expected to improve cash flows and bring greater clarity to the industry. • Employment reforms are evolving from compliance requirements to strategic growth enablers. As someone overseeing HR and Finance, these policy and regulatory insights are highly relevant as we continue strengthening our compliance and people frameworks. My sincere thanks to the organizers for creating this valuable platform and for the opportunity to be part of the dialogue. #IndianStaffingFederation #EmploymentReforms #StaffingIndustry #FutureOfWork #AncileDigital

🔹 Leadership Unmuted | Volume 3: Say It Again—But Better If you’ve ever thought, “I already explained this,” congrats—you’re leading. Because leadership means repeating the mission, the ‘why,’ and the direction—over and over again—without sounding tired of it. And not just repeating it… but refining it. Adapting it. Translating it to match who’s in the room. 📌 Leaders are communicators-in-chief, not just decision-makers. If your message didn’t land, it’s not just a hearing issue—it’s often a clarity issue. Repetition isn’t weakness. It’s reinforcement. 💬 What’s something you’ve had to say 100 different ways to keep people aligned? #LeadershipUnmuted #CommunicationIsLeadership #StrategicClarity #PMP

The "signed offer" isn't a finish line. It’s a danger zone. Between the "Yes" and Day One, 20% of new hires get cold feet. If your only follow-up is a tax form, you aren't onboarding—you're abandoning. Stop the "Pre-boarding Gap" before you lose your best talent to a counter-offer. Read how to bridge the gap here: https://lnkd.in/dGmYnhNA Syncwell Infotech Sachin Gawate Arun Ojha #Recruitment #Hiring #CompanyCulture #CandidateExperience
