Jamie Tozzi reposted thisJamie Tozzi reposted thisA simple sentence from a leader “I believe in you” can change someone’s career. In Episode 65 of The Kind Leader Podcast, Jamie Tozzi shares a powerful moment: a note she received from a former colleague at Microsoft, thanking her for a small comment that had planted a life-changing seed. What stood out to Jamie? She barely remembered saying it. As leaders, we often underestimate the impact of our encouragement, especially when it helps someone see a strength they didn’t recognize in themselves. This episode is your reminder to say the thing. To reflect back the potential you see in others. Because that one moment might become the turning point they remember forever. 👇 Link in first comment to listen. #KindLeadership #JamieTozzi #EncouragementMatters #LeadershipDevelopment #ClarityIsKindness #EmpathyInLeadership #InclusiveLeadership #TheKindLeaderPodcast #ExecutiveCoaching #MicrosoftLeadership #LeadWithKindness #LeadershipCulture #BelieveInYourTeamThe Power of Belief - Jamie Tozzi on Encouragement That Transforms CareersThe Power of Belief - Jamie Tozzi on Encouragement That Transforms Careers

Jamie Tozzi shared thisI am attracted to people who lead with conviction, who share their ideas unapologetically even when they may be controversial. My latest guest on Executive Access, Adam Curran CFP®, Founder of Curran Financial Partners, is an excellent example of that. Adam describes himself as a God-fearing, flag waving conservative and he shows up authentically at work and at home. We discuss the business pros and cons of that approach, leading as an entrepreneur, and how different generations approach retirement planning. This moment brings a mix of pride, gratitude, and reflection. Building Quisitive has been the most meaningful chapter of my professional life. Together, we set out to create a premier, pure-play Microsoft Cloud and AI partner, and through the passion and commitment of our team, we’ve built one of the leading Microsoft services organizations in North America. What I’m most proud of is not just what we’ve built as a company, but the impact we’ve made for our customers and the culture we’ve created along the way. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside incredible colleagues, partners, customers, and teams throughout my career, thank you for your trust and support along the way. I would like to personally thank Tami Anders, Steven Balusek, John Jacobus, Bryan Blain, LuAnne Miller, and the entire Quisitive team for their belief in me and the vision we launched 10 years ago. Our partnership with Microsoft has been at the core of everything we’ve built. I’m especially grateful for the close alignment across strategy, go-to-market, and innovation, most recently around AI, which has enabled us to help customers navigate one of the most significant technology shifts of our time and deliver meaningful business outcomes. I’m thankful for the trust and partnership of so many across Microsoft, including Judson Althoff, Chris Danelz, Cal Scantlan, Jim Lee, Ralph Haupter, Alistair M. Butler, Carlton Dossman, Nicole Dezen, Nina Harding, Noman Akhtar, Deb Cupp, Stephen Boyle, Harp Girn, CPA, Alysa Taylor, Heather Deggans, Matt Selden, Rick Herrera, Phil Sorgen, David Willis, Kate Johnson, Janet Kennedy, Chris Weber, Gavriella Schuster, Lane Sorgen,, and many others across the Microsoft organization who have played a role in our shared success. On a personal note, I want to thank my wife, Carol Reinhart, and my kids, Kayla Garza and Justin Reinhart, for their unwavering support and love. Their sacrifices made it possible for me to pursue this journey and achieve what we’ve built together. As I step into the Chairman role, I remain fully committed to supporting the team and the next phase of growth. With the investments we’ve made in our people and our foundation for leading with an AI-first mindset, I firmly believe the best is still ahead for Quisitive. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. It has truly been a privilege. Mike #Leadership #CEO #Chairman #Transition #Microsoft #AI #Gratitude #Technology #Partnership #Innovation

Jamie Tozzi liked thisJamie Tozzi liked thisSo much of what I know about resilience, grace, and showing up for others, I learned from the women in my life. For 25 years, three generations lived under one roof. My Mom, my wife Hwa, our three kids. I watched my Mom, my wife and my daughter navigate life together in ways I still don’t fully understand, with patience, generosity, determination and strength. I look at my daughter Lauren now, a student athlete at Harvard, and so much of who she is comes from what those women built around her. I carry this into how I lead. The women I work with, the coaches and mentors who’ve invested in me over the years, they’ve shaped how I show up in ways I’m still discovering. So on International Women’s Day and every day, thank you.

Jamie Tozzi reacted on thisJamie Tozzi reacted on thisI am deeply honored to share that I have accepted the role as Chief Financial Officer for Easterseals NH & VT. This opportunity is more than a professional milestone, it is a calling to use my skills to further a 90 year organization devoted to lifting up people of all abilities. I am inspired by the leadership of our CEO, Maureen Beauregard, who reminds us daily: “We do what’s right, even when it’s hard.” The heartfelt work of Easterseals is challenging and meeting the community’s unlimited needs with limited resources is where grace meets honesty. Mother Olga of the Sacred Heart is the founder and servant mother of Daughters of Mary of Nazareth in the Archdiocese of Boston. From Iraq, she lived through four wars in the Middle East. In 1993, as a young lay woman, she started a lay movement called Love Your Neighbor. Mother Olga beautifully expresses the posture I hope to bring to this role: “Empty me, fill me, use me.” I look forward to serving with integrity, stewardship, and purpose in support of the individuals and families who rely on Easterseals NH & VT every day. #EastersealsNH #EastersealsVT #MaureenBeauregard #LoveYourNeighbor

We talk a lot about sales productivity, but the real barrier is often the invisible cognitive load we place on teams. Disconnected CRM, travel, and expense systems force constant context switching - and sellers end up spending more time managing logistics than engaging customers. The duplicated entry across these tools is just one example of how attention gets pulled away from where it matters most. Super excited about the new SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Concur integration powered by Joule because it tackles this directly. A unified AI layer connects workflows and data across the SAP suite so sellers do not need to jump between systems. Sales, travel, and expenses work together instead of in parallel - reducing manual effort, improving visibility, and strengthening compliance. This is meaningful simplification at scale: a unified SAP experience that keeps customer‑facing teams focused on customers, not systems.

What happens when vendors step out of the way? You create space for partners to step in as trusted advisors. I sat down with Amy Avalos from Zendesk on the #PinchOfSeries to talk about how vendor success hinges on something that’s not always easy: letting go of the spotlight. Amy’s POV? Don’t ask your partners to sell your product. Ask them to highlight themselves. Their expertise is the differentiator, not your feature list.
