Jeffrey L. Bowman shared thisThis is the last installment of the Reframe Value Creation Content Series for leaders seeking a modern approach to value creation and growth acceleration at scale. Over the last several weeks we’ve featured the Reframe Value Creation Framework™ to demonstrate the features, benefits, PROS and CONS of the innovative Total Market Industry Vertical. The ambition of creating and building a third industry vertical was not only ambitious, it was pioneering. After a decade-long effort to build enough evidence for why it should exist and how it differs from the “general market” and “multi-cultural” industry verticals, there are evidence based outcomes and validation from co-building with F500 organizations. What makes the Total Market Industry Vertical innovative for service providers is how internal and external growth outcomes truly reflect the total addressable and serviceable markets. What's next? Over the next several weeks, additional resources and host live events to answer questions about the modern value creation framework and the work we’ve been doing to help brands and businesses accelerate growth that reflects the total addressable and serviceable markets. Please read installment 7 of 7 and tell us what you think! 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 #getreframe #totalmarket #totalmarketindustryvertical #totalmarketapproach 4As 4As Foundation Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) Association of National Advertisers American Advertising Federation American Marketing Association Chicago Advertising FederationPart 7 of 7: The "CONS" of a Third Industry Vertical For Value CreationPart 7 of 7: The "CONS" of a Third Industry Vertical For Value CreationJeffrey L. Jeffrey L. Bowman shared thisNext week is the last article of the Reframe Value Creation Content Series. Article #7: The Cons of a Third Industry Vertical For Value Creation. 10 years, 50 customer engagements later, we’ve heard every type of and form of the word “NO”. Here a life and business hack, underneath the NO is innovation and the solve for the problem you are trying to address. In the last content installment we share how we landed on the idea of operationalizing change and growth that reflects the total addressable and serviceable markets. We took the Total Market topic, developed a thesis, created a new industry vertical and validated a change approach for the marketplace and workplace with 50+ customer engagements. Now our ambition to share the learnings and scale them. Jeffrey L. Bowman shared thisThe Reframe Value Creation Content Series is the culmination of 10 years of work validating the Total Market topic, industry vertical and approach. This week we will publish article 5 of 7: “All Data Is Not Created Equally” We take a look at how data and how it is sourced plays across the three industry verticals. Given where we are and the level of 1st party data available, it’s an easy business case to make for why leaders, brands and businesses require a modern approach for value creation and growth acceleration. Jeffrey L. Bowman shared thisWe are more than half way through the Reframe Consulting Services Value Creation Content Series. This content series is for CEOs, CMOs and leaders looking to accelerate marketplace growth and modernize their go-to-market approach. The series takes us back to when the innovative Total Market topic and approach was introduced. The 2017 Total Market Industry Report provides the foundation as the “control”, meaning before all the work was done to validate the topic, industry vertical and approach. The ambition is to raise awareness and consideration for a growth approach that reflects the total addressable and serviceable markets. If you are just catching up, we’ve published 4 out of 7 articles in the series. 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 To read the articles: https://lnkd.in/e3Y2nFnM Register For Our Upcoming Webinar http://eepurl.com/i7lhos If you like the series, subscribe: http://eepurl.com/i7lhos Want to learn more, invite us to speak: https://lnkd.in/gHkECgPD Schedule A Meeting: https://lnkd.in/gMSMurDq #getreframe #adifferentkindofgrowthagency #valuecreation #totalmarket #totalmarketapproach 4As 4As Foundation Association of National Advertisers Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) Advertising Week American Marketing Association Chicago Advertising Federation

Semafor World Economy Principals are a carefully curated community of senior builders, innovators, and changemakers — the architects of the new world economy. Principals are nominated by peers, industry partners, and institutions, and selected for their ideas, leadership, and real-world impact. They convene for a five-day high-trust forum in Washington, DC, engaging with Semafor’s journalism, one another, and influential leaders shaping tomorrow’s systems, markets, and ideas. First off, Congratulations to the Miami GP Leadership for their phenomenal growth and platform. A special thank you for the partnership to Jason Green and Katharina Nowak. I was proud to see Santander Bank's activation come to life as the Retail Banking partner of F1 and the Miami GP, thanks to the leadership and strong collaboration between Rexanna Mccubbin, Liz Soble, and our global sponsorship team with Enrique Geijo at the helm across all touchpoints, including social, influencer, digital, media, and on-track activation with Openbank and hospitality for our key partners. It was a delight to host our global brand ambassadors, Rafa Nadal and Jon Rahm. A personal highlight was moderating a fireside chat with Jenson Button. Looking forward to the next one!

Jeffrey L. Bowman liked thisJeffrey L. Bowman liked thisSpelman College taught me that it's my "Choice to Change the World" and that in every space we enter as Spelman women, we are charged to leave it better than we found it. Today, as I prepare to wrap up my MBA experience at Columbia Business School, I can say with full faith and confidence that I have undeniably left my mark within the Black Business Student Association and the broader CBS community at large. When I stepped into my role as VP of Careers & Alumni for the CBS Black Business Student Association at the start of the year, I immediately began looking for areas of impact. In reviewing CBS' Executive in Residence program, I noticed that we had virtually no black executives in the program. I took my observations to program lead, Alfred Drewes to inquire further and without question, he empowered me to go out and identify an executive that would be additive to the CBS network. After months of coordination and conversations with my team, I am so excited to announce the appointment of Marie F., a CBS alum and accomplished executive at GenNx360 Capital Partners, into our Executive-in-Residence Program. She brings years of operational and investment experience, as a PE operator—one of the most in demand roles for graduating MBAs. As a young black woman who has navigated the complex and often times competitive landscape that is private equity, I know from experience that so much of what we believe is possible for ourselves is predicated on seeing it happen for someone who looks like us, which is why representation is so important. I have no doubt that Marie will not only be a great resource to the CBS student body for years to come, but an inspiration to so many young black women like myself who are determined to become all they can be🚀✨

Let’s take time to recognize mompreneurs, those women who balance business ownership with parenting. I made Reit a lifestyle business because it’s always been important for me to be available to my family. The decisions I’ve made were for the success of my clients and my kids. And the skills I perfected definitely benefited both! For all those balancing a career and kids (as a mother or mom-like figure), we recognize and support you. This Mother’s Day, may you be surrounded by love. (Image: My parents, kids, and me– feeling the love.) #REIT #creativity #marketing #entrepreneurlife #empowerment #healthylifestyle #MothersDay #OPLM

Jeffrey L. Bowman liked thisJeffrey L. Bowman liked thisIt took me a moment to write this post because I wanted to make sure I was truly reflective of the experience. About 2 weeks ago I gathered my Burson Finance and Commercial Team (now forever branded as "Burson Business Partners") — for three days in New York. They flew in from across time zones, continents, and calendars. They leaned on their families. They trusted their teams. And they showed up fully. Before we ever touched strategy, we spent time on something more important: each other. We played Human Bingo (turns out we have some serious dancers and zipliners on this team). We drew in complete silence — two people, two colors, one continuous line — and learned how much we assume when we stop listening. We named what gives us energy, what we're most gifted at, and what we refuse to compromise on as leaders. Then we translated those connections to the strategic building blocks of being true business partners. We aligned on our big bets for growth. We refined our commercial model approach. We wrestled with what it means to lead in a matrix — where influence matters more than control. We closed by writing personal philosophy statements: the kind of living declarations that guide hard decisions and connect us to each other. The theme of our offsite was *Embracing a Season of Transformation and Bold New Beginnings.* Not in spite of the ambitions of this moment — but because of it. To my Burson Business Partners: the fire does not diminish when shared. It multiplies. Carry it forward. To our incredible guest speakers, thank you so much for sharing your time and insight. To my amazing colleagues who helped me pull this off so expertly and told me "give me your vision, we got this" - led by the amazing Desirée Davis Stolar - I am forever grateful " Most people think being a leader is being in charge. Leadership is not about being in charge. It's about taking care of those in your charge" - Simon Sinek This experience we shared together is going to supercharge our business, just watch us. #Leadership #Finance #GlobalTeams #Transformation #CFO

For years I brought groups of Ogilvy leaders to her chateau in the Vienne - the final session of every leadership programme. Eighteen tired strangers from Cape Town to Stockholm. Jeffrey L. Bowman reacted on thisJeffrey L. Bowman reacted on thisEveryone she knew told her it was career suicide. She called it the most important decision of her career. When Charisse Hughes walked away from her role at Estee Lauder in 2014, with no job lined up, everyone around her told her it was the biggest mistake she could make in the corporate world. Those comments would have made some people think twice, but Charisse knew what she needed deep down. We live in a world pulling your attention in every direction. Work life, family life, friends, corporate events, the list goes on! Most executives learn to perform inside the chaos, whisked away in the high speed, high pressure lifestyle but very few stop to ask whether it's actually working for them. However when challenged on her decision, Charisse recognised something most high performers miss: Staying out of fear isn't stability. It's the bigger risk. So she took six months off. She meditated, she traveled, she took a painting class and she volunteered in her local community. Not to recover, but to remember what she actually valued, what was truly important to her, and what was aligned with who she was are her core. And what came back to her wasn't just energy. It was clarity. It was boundaries. It was deep purpose. She returned to her executive career not just surviving the pace, but leading from something deeper and something real. Now once or twice a year, Charisse asks herself three questions, to help her stay aligned and help her stay on track: - Am I making choices that are right for me right now? - What am I not choosing? - And do I feel okay with that? Because after years of being a corporate athlete and giving her all to work, Charisse realised that at the end of the day… Nobody's going to hand you the clarity. Nobody's going to hand you the balance. Nobody's going to hand you the presence. You just have to choose it. What's one choice you've been avoiding that you know you need to make? —- 🎧Listen to the full conversation with Charisse Hughes on the CEOs and ABCs & ABCs Podcast Hi, I’m Kevin M. Rice, host of the CEOs & ABCs Podcast 🎙️ Helping high performers lead at work and show up at home.
