Our team designed a hybrid architecture using: 🟣 Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) 🟣 Azure SQL Managed Instance 🟣 Azure AD for identity & access 🟣 Blob Storage for scanned docs & invoice proof 🟣 Fortified VNet security layers > Result 👉 32% reduction in compute cost before migration even began. 2️⃣ Lift and Modernize Instead of a risky “big-bang” migration, we executed in phases: * Containerizing existing Django + Node microservices * Redesigning order-to-invoice data models * Rebuilding internal supplier console using cloud APIs * Migrating 12TB of data from on-prem SQL > Downtime during cutover: 37 minutes total > (Planned during non-working hours) 3️⃣ Identity, RBAC & Compliance We unified access using Azure AD SSO: * 7 departments * 58 internal staff * 143 external suppliers & buyers Legacy “shared logins” disappeared overnight.
