Liz Giordano liked thisLiz Giordano liked thisAfter six incredible years as CFO, I will be stepping down from OneStream, effective April 1, 2026. During my tenure, we have transitioned from a license-based business model, generating about $50 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) into a thriving public SaaS company, approaching $700 million in ARR. Today we serve over 1,700 customers with a team of more than 1,600 employees across three regions. As I reflect on the past six years, our $564M IPO stands out as one of my proudest moments at OneStream. I’ll always remember the late nights, the focus to overcome every obstacle and unexpected macro-turns, and the unwavering teamwork that made this achievement possible. Another milestone was our acquisition of Datasense in 2024. Datasense’s Sensible AI has allowed us to integrate advanced artificial intelligence into our platform and across our products, helping us lead the Office of the CFO category and offering innovative solutions for our customers. More recently, 2025 was a year that truly tested our resolve. Like many companies, we faced significant uncertainty due to tariffs, DOGE intervention in our Federal business, and other macroeconomic events. Despite these challenges, our team forged ahead—building new customer relationships and driving innovation. Our AI-powered, multi-product strategy has set us up for continued growth in 2026 and beyond. I am deeply grateful to my team. Their collaborative spirit, creative thinking, and commitment to excellence has made our successes possible. Working alongside them has been the most rewarding part of my journey here, and it’s what I will miss the most. As I look to the future, I am confident that OneStream will continue to innovate and thrive in the years ahead. In Scott Leschinski’s expanded leadership role, he will guide the company forward to new levels, especially as we continue to expand our market-leading AI capabilities across the portfolio. I also appreciate my friend John Kinzer for his steady support during this transition. I appreciate Tom for his leadership and partnership over the past six years and all stakeholders for the trust, support, and memories—being part of this remarkable journey has been an honor and a privilege. With gratitude, Bill

Liz Giordano liked thisThis interview was a special milestone as I celebrate my third year at Deloitte. When I made the decision to leave Salesforce in 2022, my top priority was growth—both as a leader and as a professional. The past few years have been transformative, shaping my development in ways I could not have anticipated. I’ve embraced every opportunity, both within the firm and in the broader community, to uplift and empower others to reach their full potential. Being recognized for my time at Deloitte is truly an honor, and I hope my journey can inspire others as they navigate their own paths.Liz Giordano liked this“I’ve never felt more empowered in any organization to bring my ideas to life.” Meet George Xavier (he/him), director within our Technology and Transformation practice, and national co-leader for Deloitte’s Canadian Black Professional Network (CBPN). He describes his path to Deloitte as different, joining us after over 20 years in the software and technology industries, focused on financial services and contact center operations. When reflecting on his proudest moments at Deloitte, George finds that they all involve an element of giving back. “Anybody who spends time with me knows that I have a vested interest in the success of every single person that I interact with, in helping them advance in their careers to achieve their goals. My work with the CBPN is something I’m especially proud of—recently, we hosted an external workshop for over 200 new immigrants to Canada, which went beyond our impact within Deloitte, and into the community. We also launched our Black History Month programming that includes the launch of our new mentorship program to help continue to develop our great talent.” He highlights the importance of a holistic approach in his work, focusing on both the success of client organizations and the personal goals of the individuals involved. “Our clients and the market are facing various challenges, and a large part of my work involves developing and driving strategies to navigate these situations and decisions. Stepping back for a moment, it all ties back to helping the people that I engage with every day—it may help the organizations they work for, but it helps these real people to achieve the objectives and goals that they have a personal level.” To Black professionals who are interested in joining Deloitte, George offers the following advice: “Deloitte is a very entrepreneurial organization—I always tell people, there's no barrier to what we can achieve, and it all starts with an idea. Start by building a strong network of people that you engage with and that you collaborate with and that you learn from is important. Surround yourself with people who bring out your best qualities, and those who will help you evolve and reach your fullest potential.” Thank you, George, for your unwavering dedication to empowering others, and your commitment to supporting people in their business and personal endeavors. Your leadership and mentorship are truly inspiring. Learn more about life at Deloitte for the Black community: https://delo.tt/60410mgwZ #DeloitteCanada

Liz Giordano liked thisLiz Giordano liked thisI am stepping down from my CEO role at Clear Dynamics and would like to extend a gratitude- filled goodbye as I reflect on what has been an incredible journey. When I first stepped into this role, I knew we had big dreams—but I could never have imagined the depth of the journey ahead. These past few years have been filled with challenges that tested us, moments that defined us, and triumphs that reminded us why we do what we do. We faced uncertainty and found solutions. We encountered obstacles and turned them into opportunities. We set ambitious goals, stretched beyond our limits, and proved time and again that resilience, innovation, and teamwork can accomplish anything. I have been privileged to lead a team that embodies the very best of what’s possible when passion meets purpose. Now, as I step away from the CEO role, I do so with immense gratitude and confidence in the future. This company is stronger than ever, powered by people who refuse to settle and a vision that will continue to evolve and inspire. While this marks the end of one chapter for me, the story of this company is far from over—and I can't wait to see what comes next. To our employees, partners, customers and investors—thank you. Your belief, dedication, and support have meant everything. Roslyn Hames Tony Corrigan Jenny Wilson Tessa Kuiper

Liz Giordano liked thisLiz Giordano liked thisOne of my favorite parts about working at OneStream is celebrating the great work our partners do to generate customer success! Congrats, Finit Solutions! Big appreciation for a 2024 Splash Power of the Platform winner, Finit Solutions! Before OneStream, the customer had seventeen different applications to get the data they needed, they now have two. This also gives them the transparency that they need. Together with OneStream’s industry leading platform and Finit, the company has found multiple ways to be innovative on the platform. Now, they are able to see their data, and the information they get from it is much more meaningful! Great job Finit! #OSPartnerMonth

The Conga + PROS B2B merger marks a defining moment for CPQ and revenue ops. Comfort vs. Capability - the ongoing challenge for industrial businesses. For years, legacy, monolithic ERP platforms like SAP have been the default choice for Enterprise Asset Management: familiar, stable, and integrated. But as operations grow more complex and asset performance becomes central to competitive advantage, we need to ask - is “familiar” still fit for purpose? As my role has me speaking with executives on a daily basis across energy, utilities, manufacturing, and construction, I’ve seen a clear shift in thinking. They’re not ripping out what works. They’re not chasing the latest trend. They’re taking a pragmatic, modular approach - enhancing core ERP systems with purpose-built capabilities for Enterprise Asset Management and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM). This shift is about more than technology. It’s a mindset. One that moves from static, control-oriented systems to platforms built for agility, intelligence, and speed - delivering value across the entire asset lifecycle. In the latest IFS blog, Federico Tondi explores why the “all-in-one” ERP model is breaking down for EAM and ALM - and how leading organizations are building smarter, more adaptive ecosystems. If you’re managing complex assets or operational risk, it’s well worth the read. #IFS #EAM #ERP #AssetManagement #DigitalTransformation #IndustrialOperations #Leadership #Utilities #Manufacturing #Energy #Construction

#SAPPartner spotlight! 🏥🚨 I really enjoyed reading this recent Redwood Software article that examines how orchestrated SAP data pipelines are helping life sciences organizations move from disconnected steps to continuous, compliant flow. Healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations rely on structured, timely, accurate data. Yet, many organizations deal with data that moves manually or asynchronously between systems. In the article, Gerben Blom shares a practical look into the tools that enable life sciences leaders to move from siloed processes to connected, intelligent workflows with help from our partnership.
