    Developed and executed on plan to integrate new sales CRM (HubSpot), while maintaining revenue recognition controls within finance ERP (NetSuite). Successfully launched/deployed integration in under 2 weeks (alongside an ongoing system-management approach to ensure the two systems remained in sync.

  • ERP Selection and Implementation

    Worked directly with C-Suite on vendor selection, project/systems integration planning and execution, user acceptance training, QA protocol and testing, Roadmap/Hotfix oversight and testing, and internal team training/SOP development.

    Managed the migration of in-house CRM system. Designed all operations workflows, task management structure, 1st year client touch points and 52 financial and performance reports. Migrated all data via API and performed regression and QA testing on 1,130 migrated client accounts. Successfully retained all log notes, tasks, and milestones as part of migration effort.
