Stacey Coopes reposted thisStacey Coopes reposted thisI recently had the privilege of speaking to Mitsubishi Motors’ US dealer partners as part of the reveal of our Momentum 2030 North American business plan. A key part of that plan is expanding our presence through increasing the number of markets in which a Mitsubishi Motors dealership can be found. Additionally, we intend to debut the first of our new-look and sustainable gallery and satellite dealership store-fronts with existing dealer partners later this year. Last week, Automotive News reported on this aspect of the plan, saying, “By 2030, Mitsubishi said it will "nearly double" its U.S. lineup of four nameplates. To help move the shiny metal and lift consumer interest, Mitsubishi will bulk up its U.S. dealer network and introduce alternative retail concepts. Mitsubishi Motors North America CEO Mark Chaffin said the brand's 330 dealerships cover a mere third of the U.S. sales market. The automaker aims to bump that to more than 50 percent by the decade's end.” Mitsubishi Motors is expanding in North America under our Momentum 2030 business plan. If you are a new car dealer and looking to expand, please reach out to us regarding new franchise opportunities. Stacey Coopes shared thisSo lucky to be able to watch you and the leadership team take the brand to new heights. What you have been able to accomplish in such a short amount of time is nothing short of incredible! You inspire me and our team daily! Can’t wait to see the growth over the next few years! Congratulations on a huge accomplishment! Mark Chaffin Kimberly Ito Ken Konieczka Jeremy Barnes Dan Ball and the rest of the mmna team!Stacey Coopes shared thisRarely does a company reach such a significant moment, as it forges its way forward. Today was one of those days, as I was able to share the plans that make up Mitsubishi Motors Momentum 2030 with our U.S. dealer partners. Coming off a strong finish from 2023 where Outlander achieved its best sales year ever, and the all-new Outlander PHEV breaking its own sales records seven times last year alone, I am so encouraged by what this brand has been able to accomplish in partnership with our franchised dealer network. Mitsubishi is at a pivotal point in North America, charting a bold, clear and attainable plan for our future success in the United States. Momentum 2030 is that plan. Momentum 2030 will be marked by a path to electrification, a path to a renewed and expanded product line-up across North America, a path to a modernized retail sales model (and yes, we still believe strongly in our franchised dealer partners), and lastly, a path to network expansion and sales growth. Never have I been so proud to lead this great company into the future. You can read more about our plans for North America here. Stacey Coopes reposted thisStacey Coopes reposted thisThis week we launched our Year End Sales Event campaign featuring the 2024 Outlander, our "Mitsubishi Motors Confidence" customer-care program and an amazing APR offer. We chose to feature the holiday song “Run, Run, Rudolph” by Kelly Clarkson to capture attention of viewers and add some festive fun to our spot. Great music has played a huge role in the brand's advertising through the years and I am proud that we have continued this theme while making a lasting impact on viewers. Check it out! Kim Irwin has spent over 30 years working across OEMs, suppliers, and dealer networks, in sales, marketing, and field operations, including leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, Trilogy, with her last five years leading the OEM Digital arm at JD Power. Stacey Coopes liked thisStacey Coopes liked thisHow to climb all 4 layers of Claude in one weekend: (even if you just signed up yesterday) ✦ Level 1: Claude Chat (Saturday morning) Go to claude .com/download. Install the app. Pay the $20. Select Opus 4.6 + Extended Thinking. Connect Slack, Drive, Notion through Connectors. Stop writing long prompts. Prompt this instead: "I want to [TASK] for [SUCCESS CRITERIA]. Use AskUserQuestion before you start." Most people stay here forever. You're leaving 90% of Claude untouched. Claude Basics: how-to-claude.ai. —— ✦ Level 2: Claude Cowork (Saturday afternoon) Go to 'Cowork'. Create a folder "Claude-Cowork." 4 subfolders. About me, template, project & outputs Create about-me .md: what you do, how you do. Create anti-ai-style .md: words you'd never say. Set Global Instructions (Settings → Cowork → Edit): "Always read my files first, never edit my originals, deliver everything to CLAUDE OUTPUTS." You just killed prompting. From now on, your prompt is 2 lines + your folder. Move on to Cowork: claude-co.work —— ✦ Level 3: Skills + Plugins (Sunday morning) Open Cowork. Type: "Use the skill-creator to help me build a skill for [your most repeated task]." Claude interviews you. Answer and be specific. It generates a SKILL .md. Test it: "When would you use this skill?" If the description is vague, fix it. Upload: Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload. Now it fires automatically. No slash command. Install Plugins: Cowork > Customize > Browse plugin Skills with about-me .md. Skill handles the process. Voice file handles tone. Two layers simultaneously. Set up Claude Skills: https://lnkd.in/g9MQUC-Z —— ✦ Level 4: Code + Computer (Sunday afternoon) Click the Code tab. Create a folder. Connect GitHub (free account → Settings → Connectors). Prompt: "Create a GitHub repo named [project]. Code everything. Don't ask for permissions." Download VS Code. Install the Claude extension. Turn on "Skip Permissions" to go 100x faster. After your session, paste this: "Create a CLAUDE .md file with everything you learned about this project." Now Claude remembers your fonts, colors, and structure forever. Claude code guide: https://lnkd.in/gsRhsFxT Claude Computer: Settings → Desktop app → turn on Browser use + Computer use. Connect your phone with Dispatch. Text a task. Schedule a recurring task: left sidebar → Scheduled → write the prompt → pick the frequency. Claude Computer: https://lnkd.in/dSaSqRxw This is where you stop working inside Claude. Claude starts working on your computer. —— Saturday, you were prompting like it's ChatGPT. Sunday, Claude is running your screen, building your website, & sending you text updates. That's all 4 layers. In one weekend.

Dealerships overcharging for cars is a rising concern. When is it acceptable, and how should dealers navigate those conversations? Demand and rarity often justify higher prices. But transparency is critical. Customers deserve clear explanations—not hidden fees or pressure tactics. Building trust means explaining market dynamics, inventory constraints, and the value offered. Honesty builds loyalty. Opacity destroys it. #CustomerService #SalesStrategy #AutoIndustry #Transparency

INTEGRATIONS AREN’T A VENDOR PROBLEM. THEY’RE AN INFRASTRUCTURE PROBLEM. It’s easy to blame vendors for poor integrations (and some probably deserve it). When the standard is clear and the rails are there, partners cooperate — and 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘅 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹. GM is officially retiring the traditional CPO programs for Chevy, Buick, and GMC this June to consolidate under CarBravo. For those following the shift in OEM used-car models, here are the key takeaways from the Automotive News report: • GM is folding its CPO program into the CarBravo platform in June. • Dealers can now sell older vehicles and non-GM brands with factory-backed warranties. • GM expects 1,200 to 1,300 of its dealerships to use the platform. • Moving to CarBravo is voluntary, but GM will no longer certify used cars outside of the platform. I build the systems that… • 2K followers
I’ve spent my career working across Dealer Operations — OEM programs, dealer groups, associations, and every profit center inside the store. One thing has become increasingly clear: Dealers don’t need more systems. They need better answers. Today, I’m building LocalParts™ — an Answer Engine™ designed to resolve real operational questions like: “Do you have X for my Year, Make, and Model near me?” Not search. Not marketplaces. Not another catalog. The focus is simple: convert intent into a clear answer and immediate action path by layering on top of existing dealer systems as a client-facing enhancement — not a replacement. We’re currently working with a small number of founding dealer rooftops and opening limited early access as we scale intentionally.

The automotive industry isn’t slowing down. It’s re-calibrating. From conversations on evolving consumer expectations to the way technology is reshaping dealer operations, the biggest takeaway wasn’t about tools, it was about alignment. Strategy, people, process, and purpose all have to move together. The dealers and leaders who stood out weren’t chasing trends. They were focused on: • Sustainable growth • Smarter operations • And building teams that can actually execute Grateful for the conversations, the candor, and the shared commitment to moving this industry forward. The real work starts now. #NADA #AutomotiveIndustry #DealerLeadership #AutomotiveInnovation #IndustryInsights #WomenInAutomotive

Tire buyers are researching online and choosing where to buy before they ever show up. That makes dealer-level execution a must, not a “nice extra.” The brands that connect OEM strategy to local activation will win on scale and performance. #TireIndustry #DealerMarketing #ChannelMarketing #LocalExecution #PartnerEnablement #AutomotiveMarketing #RetailExecution #Omnichannel #MarketingStrategy #PerformanceMarketing
