With Neudesic now part of IBM, I’m excited to share that I’ve stepped into the role of Technology Leader for the Financial Services Sector and IBM’s One Microsoft Practice. This isn’t just integration—it’s strategic acceleration. IBM’s One Microsoft Practice is a bold investment in combining IBM’s global scale with Microsoft’s AI and cloud ecosystem to help banks, insurers, and capital markets firms modernize at depth—securely, compliantly, and at enterprise scale. My focus is clear: • Partner with Boards and C-Suite leaders (CIO, CTO, CRO, CDO, COO) to shape multi-year, AI-first transformation agendas • Build industry-specific AI platforms—not generic copilots—across risk, fraud, claims, underwriting, and capital markets • Ensure our most strategic programs deliver with security-by-design, regulatory readiness, and measurable outcomes Financial institutions are entering a generational shift—from digital transformation to intelligent transformation. Core platforms are becoming cognitive. Risk engines are becoming predictive. Operations are becoming agentic. The organizations that operationalize AI responsibly—and architect for resilience—will define the next decade.
