“Every company has its own culture and processes, Wes very quickly adapted to the New York Life culture and the team. When dealing with the business community he quickly gained their respect and became a trusted consultant. He did an excellent job at quickly understanding the business knowledge necessary to effectively deliver the best solution to our business users. The Microsoft Business Intelligence solution was new to New York Life and Wes was a big reason for the success of the solution. His background experience with the reporting tools was invaluable in establishing new standards, templates and processes. He left very detailed notes and samples that will allow us to move forward with the reporting solution. As a team member, Wes was always open to learn new techniques, take on the less desirable assignments and was there to assist other team members as a mentor. Wes did an excellent job at changing into the new agile framework that the team was expected to work with. The only regret, is that we were not able to offer Wes permanent employment with New York Life, before the end of his contract.”
