It’s AI that can reason across supply chain workflows, evaluate alternative sourcing scenarios, and respond faster to disruption. But none of that works if your systems still rely on part numbers, PDFs, and manual handoffs to answer basic questions like: - Do we already have this part? - Is there an equivalent we can use? - Who can supply it now? The approach eliminates parts proliferation by identifying interoperable parts, and gives engineers an extra 12 hours per week to work (they aren't forced to search CAD files or ERP systems to see what is available).

HUGE 🙏 🙏 to Bill Barry, Serena Yu Jeremiah Owyang, Vik Malyala Brian💥 Sparkes and SO many others for making the event special and memorable.... I’ve been coming to these for years, and watching this one scale to 1,000+ builders, operators, and innovators reminded me a lot of the early Salesforce days and our #Dreamforce event. Same energy. Same signal. Same sense that something BIG is shifting ................And it is. We had a packed room for our fireside, and one theme kept coming up again and again: ✅ AI is not compute-constrained. ✅ AI is not even demand-constrained. ✅ AI is power-constrained. But here’s the part most people are missing: We don’t have a power shortage. We have a utilization problem. Across the market, there are gigawatts of stranded, underutilized capacity sitting inside existing infrastructure today. Data centers sized for peak, running far below it. Meanwhile, AI companies are waiting years for new power to come online. That gap is where everything breaks. And it’s also where the opportunity is...and that's what Rahul Kar and I came to share. One of our stops was at the Pylon office to catch up with Pylon co-founder Advith Chelikani. We adopted Pylon pretty early, bringing them on around Yourco customer 100 when we really started focusing on documenting our support processes and scaling outside of founder-led support. Today, we run support and customer success through Pylon, enabling full-team visibility for speed to response, resolution, customer feedback, and feature requests. Benjamin Meyer and I had a great time sharing notes and strategies around hyper-growth and scale with Advith at a timely moment where we have entered Yourco's next stage of growth. The future of defense tech isn't GOTS—it's dual-use COTS. Here's why. For decades, the public sector has relied on GOTS (Government-Off-The-Shelf) systems under the assumption they’re the only viable path. But that’s changing.
