Tom Noe reacted on thisTom Noe reacted on thisFor years, I’ve prayed that my dad and I would walk with Christ together. To have him beside me at this men’s retreat was something deeply personal and powerful. It was an honor to share that time with him, worship with him, and experience what God is doing together. I love my dad deeply and think of him often. His presence there meant the world to me. I was also given the opportunity to share my testimony and speak about my walk with Christ in front of more than 600 men. Out of everything that happened, one of the greatest blessings was knowing my dad was there to hear it. God answers prayers in ways that humble you. This weekend is one I’ll never forget. I love you dad!

Tom Noe liked thisTom Noe liked thisI stopped stressing about how God was gonna show up. Stopped checking the clock like I had a say in the timing. I just let it be what it is. Because if it hasn’t happened yet, I’m not ready yet. And when it does happen, that’s the moment I was built for. So I let go of the pressure. Let go of the doubt. And I quit worrying.

Tom Noe liked thisTom Noe liked thisRecently you’ve probably noticed I’ve been talking about God more than usual… and I need you to understand why. I didn’t just “find” Him overnight… He’s always been there… I just wasn’t listening. And I know this might sound crazy to some people, but lately I can feel Him beside me… guiding me… correcting me… protecting me. There was a time in my life I walked into a church hoping to feel something… anything… and I got turned away because of what I was wearing. I was broke. That’s all I had. And in that moment, I believed the lie that maybe God didn’t want me either. That moment didn’t just hurt… it shut me off. It made me feel like I didn’t belong anywhere… not even with Him. But what’s wild is this… He never left me. Not once. Even when I turned my back, even when I questioned everything, even when I built my life thinking I had to do it alone… He was still there leaving me signs. Small ones at first… but now they’re everywhere. I see it in my team praying every single day. I hear it when my daughter reads me the Bible at night. I feel it when my son steps up and leads others closer to Him. I watched my wife get baptized and I realized… this isn’t coincidence… this is calling. Everything in my life is aligning because we finally surrendered and put our full faith in Him. People can call me whatever they want… sales coach… influencer… motivator… but strip it all away and this is the truth… I’m a man of Christ. And if there’s one thing I’ll tell you from the deepest place in my soul… it’s this… trust Him. Even when it doesn’t make sense. Even when you feel unworthy. He never stopped choosing you.

Buying smart is where the money is. With an Optimal inventory monitor that prescribes a methodical vehicle buy plan to keep your shop flowing and reduce your risk of market volatility while also seeing the future retail and wholesale value of every VIN before you pencil it, you are buying smart That’s the edge. Without that plan and visibility, even good cars can sneak up on you and underperform. This isn’t about buying more. It’s about buying with certainty. #InventoryIntelligence #UsedCarIntelligence #TurnAndEarn JR Toothman Keith Shrader David Spisak David Heitzmann Guy-Olivier P. Tom Noe liked thisTom Noe liked thisNone of these get you fired tomorrow. That’s the trap. You’ll keep your title. Keep your job. Keep showing up like nothing’s wrong. Meanwhile… Your best people stop talking. Then they stop trying. Then they leave. And they won’t tell you why. What you’re left with is a store full of people doing just enough to get paid. No energy. No ownership. No pride. Just compliance. And a GM wondering why nothing ever changes.

2026-ready dealerships won’t rely on tribal knowledge — they’ll rely on standardized workflows that automation can trust. Consistency drives efficiency. Compliance protects it. When both align, productivity scales across every location. rocketwise helps dealerships stay efficient — and audit-ready.

Most dealership CEOs believe they are in control. Because every evening… reports arrive on time. But let’s be clear: Reports don’t create control. They only report what’s already gone wrong. Real control is prevention. If in your dealership: Discounts are approved verbally Vehicles are delivered before financial clearance Job cards are updated at day-end Stock adjustments are manual Then control is an illusion. You’re not controlling the business. You’re reviewing the damage. There’s a fundamental difference: 📊 Monitoring performance 🛡️ Designing systems that prevent leakage Great CEOs don’t rely on people to “do the right thing.” They build systems where the wrong thing is difficult to do. That’s how: Margins are protected Leakages are minimized Operations become scalable CEO Question: Are you reviewing yesterday… or securing tomorrow? #CEOInsights #DealershipLeadership #AutoIndustry #OperationalExcellence #Profitability #LeadershipMatters

DEALERS | GM’S & FOD’S 🛑✋ What you’re doing… 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 Tires and alignments aren’t just service items they’re retention drivers, revenue stabilizers, and future vehicle sales in disguise. When every vehicle is scanned automatically, every customer sees the data, and every advisor starts the conversation from facts the math starts to change. Millions in tire and alignment revenue don’t disappear overnight. They leak out quietly… one missed opportunity at a time. The dealers leveling up their lanes aren’t chasing volume. They’re catching what’s already there. Who’s next? #TraXtion #TreadSpecX

-Most dealerships don’t have a lead problem. -They have an execution & handoff problem. Leads are coming in. Phones are ringing. CRM activity exists. Rising ad costs + shrinking conversion rates is a recipe for dealers losing money. But follow-up is inconsistent, manager involvement comes late, and accountability is unclear. More leads won’t fix that. Clean processes, clear ownership, and early leadership involvement will. Process breaks kill ROI faster than marketing ever could. This is what I see over and over again — and it’s fixable.

Ted your post describes an ideal GSM but really provides awareness for those in the role, as well as, GMs evaluating and mentoring what they have. In addition, it provides vision for Sales Managers who are looking to elevate. Sounds to me like you continue to bring quality intel to our industry. Great work and Thank you !!
