    I provide advice and guidance to racially and socio-economically diverse young adults early in their careers, encouraging and facilitating their professional development and connecting them with potentially helpful information and individuals.

    These interactions — many of which come about through my sons (young adults, themselves) and their network of friends and associates — are an enormously rewarding way for me to give back a little of what I've been given in my own career.
