I am an Assistant Professor in Data Science at the Department of Psychiatry and Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health (DMCBH), University of British Columbia. My current research focuses on cognitively informed brain-based biomarker discovery through machine learning. I also work on improving data infrastructure and software engineering in neuroimaging research. I am a core developer of neuroscience and machine learning software Nilearn. My other contributions include, but are not limited to: Brainhack School educational content, NeuroLibre, cca-zoo, the nipy community such as nibabel and pydra.
