Now

It’s Spring!

The snow is gone, and there is a faint taste of summer in the air.

I did a big letterpress project of lyrics sheets for Singing in the dark times in April, which consumed me for a week, but I loved it. And seeing the sheets in use was a joy.

We have been training for a cycle trip to Belgium that we depart for on May 3: we’ve logged 127 of cycling in April to train, combining longer trips, like Brackley to Dalvay, with short runs three times a week over to Stratford and back.

I last updated this May 1, 2026, and have set myself a reminder to update it monthly from here onward.

Having a page like this was suggested here; this is what I’d highlight if I ran into a friend I hadn’t seen in a year.
