extension source rm leaves stale @local/. rows in catalog, blocking later pulls of registry types

Searching the swamp.club Lab for an existing issue using its numeric ID (e.g. typing 184 into the search box) does not return that issue, even when the issue exists and is reachable via direct URL or via swamp issue get 184.

Steps to reproduce

Open the swamp.club Lab.
In the search box, enter the numeric ID of an existing issue (e.g. 184).
Observe the search results.

Expected

A search whose query exactly matches an issue number should surface that issue at the top of the results (or auto-navigate to it).

Actual

The issue does not appear in the results. The only reliable way to reach it is by direct URL or swamp issue get <number>.
