Andy Moss liked thisAndy Moss liked thisGrateful for the opportunity to film this one. It’s a full private compound—three homes, over 13k sqft, a pool setup straight out of a resort, and even an underground tunnel tying it all together, priced at $7,500,000. Definitely one of the wildest properties I’ve been around, and it pushed me to get creative with how I filmed it. Listed by Mason Earls

Andy Moss liked thisAndy Moss liked thisBack online Monday, May 11th… and yes, I still remember all my partners and where we left off (I think). 😅 I’ve been on maternity leave since January 7th, which means the past few months have consisted of bottles, minimal sleep, negotiating with a toddler, and becoming highly skilled at doing everything one-handed. While I’ve loved every minute of being home with Oliver and Millie, I’m excited to be back connecting with my team and having some grown-up conversations about innovative technology. 🤓 Huge thank you to my team at Bullhorn for the support and love throughout my time away, and to so many of my partners who checked in on me. It truly meant a lot. 🫶🏽 If I seem overly excited about things like calendars, hot coffee, and uninterrupted conversations… just know I am. For now. Excited to be back, reconnect, and especially looking forward to seeing many of you at #BullhornEngage! 🎉

Andy Moss liked thisThank you Jesus for taking on all of the sin of the world! I believe and follow You…. My King, My Lord and My Savior!!Andy Moss liked thisOn Good Friday, we reflect on the suffering Christ endured for our sins. Mocked, scourged, and crucified. The Cross is more than our namesake. It is the clearest picture of mercy, grace, and the cost of our redemption. And while today is solemn, it is also filled with hope as we look ahead to Easter, remembering that the Cross was not the end of the story.

Andy Moss liked thisAndy Moss liked thisBack when I started in staffing, Monday mornings meant pulling the classified ads and calling anyone posting a job. If you had a candidate worth presenting, you led with that person. It was an early version of what we now call skill marketing. The channel has changed completely. The concept hasn't. Proactively presenting a strong candidate to a client or prospect, especially someone hard to find in a tight market, still opens doors that cold outreach doesn't. It immediately shifts the conversation from "would you like to talk about staffing?" to "here's someone you should probably meet." Most staffing reps don't do this consistently because it requires having a pipeline of quality candidates ready to present, not just a database to react to. Building that bench takes effort up front. But the return in new business conversations and deepened client relationships is significant. If you have a great candidate and no active order for them right now, ask yourself: who would benefit from knowing about this person? Then make that call.

Weekly inspiration for the staffing industry ISSUE #108 | November 8, 2025 New this Week: • Major staffing website fails • What's NEW at Haley Marketing • Special offer on lead gen solutions • Automated skill marketing (product demo) • Turn website clicks into clients (webinar) • Don't miss a SMART IDEA SMART IDEAS #108: Major staffing website fails David Searns | Co-CEO Have you looked at your website lately? I mean, really looked? Because if you haven’t, your prospects definitely have. And what they’re seeing might be turning them off before you even get a chance to talk. I just listened to the latest episode of our Insights Podcast. While I don’t usually repeat podcast content in SMART IDEAS Weekly, this one hit hard. The patterns our team uncovered were so universal, and the fixes so actionable, I knew I had to bring it here too. So, what’s the topic? The top 8 staffing website fails. Specifically, the mistakes we keep seeing—over and over—on staffing websites. In the past month, we audited 50+ sites, and guess what? Most have the same eight problems. These aren’t just cosmetic. They’re killing traffic, eroding trust, and costing you leads. Let’s fix that. Problem 1: Dated or misaligned content The problem: Your site reflects who you used to be, not who you are now. Homepages pushing dead verticals Messaging that no longer matches your brand Pages untouched since 2017 Content that confuses Google and your clients Quick Fixes: Do a deep dive on your messaging...does it still fit? Prune irrelevant service pages Refresh your homepage hero Add “Last updated” dates and new headlines to key pages 💡 Pro Move: Create a 1-page Positioning Manifesto that shows your value to your ICP…and then align all site copy (and images) to it. Seth Godin nailed it: "People like us buy things like this." Metric to Watch: % of pages updated in last 180 days BONUS RESOURCE: Staffing Website Strategy Guide – A deeper dive on aligning your site with modern staffing strategy. Problem 2: No clear path for your ICP The problem: Your homepage talks to everyone (which means it talks to no one). Quick Fixes: Add a hero split: "Hire Talent" vs. "Find Jobs" Include primary and secondary CTAs for employers and job seekers Build click paths tailored to each audience 💡 Pro Move: Design multiple variations of your home page (one (or more) for clients and one for candidates) and then swap out the home page content as market conditions change. Metric to Watch: Click-through rate from homepage to conversion pages. Problem 3: Lack of services pages The problem: One-line blurbs don’t rank. Neither do pages that try to describe everything you do in one pass. And they definitely don’t convert. Quick Fixes: Create a detailed page per service line Add FAQs pulled from real search data (answer the questions people are asking) 💡 Pro Move: Include "Who we’re best for / not for" on each page Metric to Watch: Top-10 rankings for service + city

The latest Staffing Industry Analysts| Bullhorn Staffing Indicator shows overall staffing hours ticking slightly above 2025 levels. As we enter a 13-week stretch without federal holidays, we should start to have a clearer view of true market demand. One point of clarification: property management staffing is often overlooked in industry reporting. It typically falls under commercial staffing, not IT and not traditional light industrial. That distinction matters. Multifamily hiring trends reflect occupancy, development activity, and operator confidence. We’re watching closely to see whether 2026 brings cautious backfilling or more meaningful team investment. At The Liberty Group, we’re focused on partnering with operators through whatever this next phase brings and we are ready for every challenge we will face. #staffing #multifamily #propertymanagement #workforce #peoplepropertypossibility #MultifamilyStaffing #TheLibertyGroup
