NiCE reported a strong increase in earnings per share. Cloud revenue is expected to grow about 15 percent in 2026, reinforcing the shift toward recurring cloud income. AI remains central to the strategy. AI related revenue rose 66 percent year over year in Q4, showing rapid adoption. AI was included in every new seven figure CXone deal.
