Leading the way is our new Order Routing Explain Agent, giving operations teams instant, plain-language answers to why an order was routed to a specific fulfillment location. What used to take hours now takes seconds. We've also shipped key OMS enhancements across fulfillment control, including handling fees, shipment holds, multi-consolidation support, and reverse logistics extensibility. Eric Lessard reposted thisEric Lessard reposted thisMost OMS demos highlight polished features while glossing over the critical logic that defines long-term success. Because the most resilient transformations are rooted in rigorous upfront preparation, KIBO and Aries Solutions have developed an evaluation guide designed to bridge this gap. By applying this practical framework, you can establish the early clarity needed to pressure-test what truly matters and navigate the complexities of system replacement with precision. https://lnkd.in/gTJwAStz #partners #OMS

Eric Lessard reposted thisEric Lessard reposted thisWhat a great first night at Shoptalk! 💥 The KIBO team kicked things off at Rí Rá Irish Pub for the Order Management Gurus Happy Hour, hosted alongside our partners at Nextuple. Great people, good drinks, and honest conversation about the future of order and inventory management. From there, we headed to Libertine Social at Mandalay Bay for an exclusive VIP networking evening with Aries Solutions and Stripe. Craft cocktails, intimate spaces, and the kind of conversations that don't happen on a convention floor. Exactly what Shoptalk evenings should be. If we didn't get a chance to connect last night, find us on the show floor today. Stop by booth 1675 to chat commerce, order management, and what's next. Not at Shoptalk but would still like to chat? Eric Lessard reposted thisEric Lessard reposted thisStability shouldn't be a hidden liability. If your team is acting as "human middleware" to bridge the gap between your ERP and your customers, you are paying a technical tax. We partnered with KIBO to create a guide on B2B Modernization for mid-market manufacturers and distributors. It covers how to improve inventory accuracy and drive a 15% to 40% lift in digital conversions. Read the full blueprint here: https://lnkd.in/gTkuYg62

Training time dropped from 3 hours to 15 minutes. Their team spans associates ages 16 to 80, and every single one picked up the new system fast. That's not an accident. It's what happens when you design technology around the people actually using it. As Craig Hewitt, COO of The Paper Store, put it: "Jumpmind understands the retail store. Both what's required operationally, but also what's required for store employees." When your associates spend less time learning the system and more time with customers, everybody wins. #JumpmindCommerce #RetailTech #ModernPOS #StoreAssociateExperience #ThePaperStore

Eric Lessard liked thisYes, that's me in a strawberry costume during lunch-time for Local Food Lobby Day at the NC State Legislative building. The sport coat went back on for meetings but the message remained the same...supporting local food programs is an investment in the health and wealth of North Carolinians!Eric Lessard liked thisYesterday, we took our advocacy to Raleigh! 🌿🏛️ Firsthand Foods joined farmers, farmers market managers, food hubs, and food councils from every corner of NC for #LocalFoodLobbyDay — and it was a big one. We kicked off with a welcome from Rep. Eric Ager, a press conference announcing #HB1154, and meetings with state reps. We lucked out and got to connect with two FHF friends while we were there — Rep. B. Ray Jeffers (one of our very own hog farmers!) and Mary Lee, aide to Rep. Pricey Harrison, who shops our meats at Weaver Street Market. 🙌 We were there to advocate for three programs that directly support local farmers and food access across NC: 🥬 Double Up Nutrition Assistance — doubles food benefits at farmers markets ☀️ Sun Bucks — summer feeding program supporting farmers markets, grocery stores & food hubs while kids are out of school 📦 #FarmsSHARE — this one is close to our hearts. A local food box program that pays NC farmers for fresh food that goes directly into emergency food supplies. In 2024–25, it distributed 1.2 million pounds of food to 178 organizations across 70 counties — supporting 300 farmers and 18 food hubs, all in NC. There's no funding this year, which is exactly why we showed up. HB 1154 would appropriate $4 million to bring it back. This is what it looks like to fight for a food system that works — for farmers, for small businesses, for familles, and for our communities. Thank you to Carolina Farm Stewardship Association and the NC Food Hub Association for organizing such a powerful day. 💚

Eric Lessard liked thisWe did a thing 🎉 and we will do the thing again in 2027! Thank you to the next gen leaders (below) who delivered this and who are the best teammates, to the filmmakers and subjects, to the guest speakers, podcasters and media, and most of all to the fans who showed up. Women’s Sports Matter. LFG! ❤️Eric Lessard liked thisThe inaugural International Women’s Sports Film Festival was an immense success! We are still relishing in the inspiration and passion we felt countless times throughout the weekend. This event was envisioned by Kate Delhagen, who tapped Jenny Nguyen, Molly King, and Kimiko Matsuda to make it a reality. Nothing would have happened without the leadership of Missy Capone. What a team! The Sports Bra’s values of elevating and amplifying the stories and triumphs of women’s sports and athletes move from The Bra’s TV screens to the silver screen, and it was more magical than we could have imagined. The programming this weekend was a testament to the depths of the stories featured during The Fest: - Viewing the films of the weekend like "The Britney Griner Story" and "Give Me The Ball!” reminded us that these stories and others like it deserve the high-production and thoughtful lens on a global film scale. - Our panel discussions and talkbacks with athletes and filmmakers brought an amazing aspect of community and great, deep-dive conversations about gender equity in sport. One of our highlights of the weekend was the Q&A between women’s sports influencer, Coach Jackie J, and women’s tennis legend, Rosie Casals. - The Fest was also joined by some amazing partners who showed out in the best way possible. Thank you to GalPal Media, the Portland Cherry Bombs, the Portland Fire, and more! Thank you to everyone who joined us at The Judy this past weekend. The success of the festival sends a clear message to the media landscape: the world is ready for these stories, and the seats will always be filled. Photo Credit: Brad Mosher & Diego Diaz

Eric Lessard liked thisEric Lessard liked thisRecently, I did something I've never done before. I distinctly remember completing college 16 years ago and being lucky enough to graduate on a Friday and start my first gig on Monday - a theme that would follow me throughout my career. You see, after each role I've had, I immediately jump into the next. No break, no looking back, no time to sit idle. However I decided to change that. As you may have heard, I made a career pivot a few weeks ago in joining Geriatric Medical & Surgical Supply as Chief Digital Officer, and in doing so - decided to take two weeks for myself between roles. With that, I found myself in unknown territory of learning, growing and re-centering what matters most to me as a colleague, a friend, a significant other and most importantly - a human. In the spirit of paying it forward, if you ever find yourself with the opportunity to take some time - here's a list of things that I recommend you do or ponder during this period of reflection. 1. Golf, Every Day - Okay, maybe not every day, but do it a lot. If you're not a golfer, that's okay - but find something to get you outside each day that you enjoy. Live in the moment of the activity and enjoy the sun on your face. 2. Meet New People - Go out for an early morning coffee, talk to someone in line, make a new friend, connect on a human level. You have more common ground than you think. 3. Break The Rules - Get a beer with a friend on a Tuesday at noon. Have a double shot Latte at 6PM and watch the NBA playoffs all night. It doesn't matter what it is, but just do it differently, you'll find doing something out of the norm energizes your spirit. 4. Reset Healthy Habits - At times, work and life can take hard tolls on our health. Use this time to reset that. Learn a new recipe, run 5 miles instead of 2, do a juice cleanse. The goal shouldn't be rooted in an end point, instead - it should build new habits that become part of your daily life. 5. Sit with the past, run toward the future - I found energy in nostalgic thoughts of what I've done over these last 16 years. The people I've met, the projects I led, the places I've gone. Too often we how far our passions have carried us. It's this fuel that fills our cup to move forward. Moving forward, remember that "Neurons that fire together, wire together" - Put good in, get good out. As Dr. Seuss once said “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who'll decide where to go...” -J

Enterprise vs. Mid-Market Sales Reps: What’s the Real Difference? They’re both high performers. Both close deals. But the mindset, motion, and muscle needed in Enterprise vs. Mid-Market sales are worlds apart. Enterprise Sales Rep - Plays the long game — 6-12+ month cycles - Navigates complex orgs with multiple stakeholders - Often aligns with legal, procurement, IT, and C-suite - Consultative and strategic — selling the why, not just the what - Thinks in multi-year revenue, upsell potential, and executive alignment Success is less about volume, more about depth and influence Mid-Market Sales Rep - Drives velocity — typically 30-90 day cycles - Works with leaner buying teams - Needs strong discovery and objection handling skills - Highly efficient — balances volume with personalization - Often owns full-cycle sales, from prospecting to close - Success is tied to consistency and hitting quota month over month The best companies know: You don’t just promote a mid-market rep to enterprise — you prepare them for it. #SalesHiring #EnterpriseSales #MidMarketSales #SaaS #SalesLeadership #GTMSuccess

ZoomInfo is a great bellwether for B2B to sales. Here's what I learned on their earnings call last night. Beat & margin: $306 M revenue, 33 % operating margin – both ahead of guidance. Ticker makeover: Changing from ZI → GTM to signal the bigger play: a full “go‑to‑market” platform, not just a contact database. Enterprise is the engine: 71 % of sales now come from large‑cap customers; Stripe and Intuit are rolling out Copilot to hundreds of reps. They less focused on "downmarket" clients. (Good news for Seamless AI and SalesIntel.io) New toys: • Copilot (AI for sellers, AEs, CSMs) • GTM Studio (RevOps command center that blends first‑ & third‑party data). Translation: more seats, stickier accounts. Cash goes to buy‑backs: >$145 M repurchased YTD; net leverage ~2.5× and free‑cash‑flow margin north of 40 %. Big picture: ZoomInfo is betting the company on up‑market growth and AI‑powered workflows – and putting its money where its mouth is with an aggressive share‑repurchase plan.

#Data is the foundational element. I’ve consistently seen that when data is delivered the way the business actually needs to see it, it transforms every function and decision. What we’re able to deliver through the 100ENT data hub and integrations is a consolidated view of retail data, using retail metrics and measures that teams can interact with at the levels that truly help them understand inventory performance. The best part is watching what happens next. When data is consistent and organized the way each team expects, curiosity kicks in. Teams start drilling in, asking better questions, and getting answers immediately. That’s when impact becomes real. #RetailData #RetailInsights

One of the biggest frustrations in early-stage sales? 🤔 Incomplete lead data. Too often, new leads land in Salesforce with missing job titles, outdated company info, or vague details. Reps lose valuable time chasing down information, and high-potential opportunities slip through the cracks. That's why we at 10K built the Headless Lead Enrichment Agent 🚀 This AI-powered agent works silently in the background to: ✅ Enrich and qualify leads the instant they're created ✅ Fill in gaps using connected data sources and AI reasoning ✅ Deliver cleaner data, faster response times, and stronger pipelines No clicks, no manual research—just sales teams spending more time selling and less time searching. Watch the video to see how it works 👇 Read the full article + see the full demo: https://lnkd.in/ebk7x8Ee #Agentforce #LeadEnrichment #SDR #Sales #Salesforce #10K #AgentforceActivator

𝗡𝗲𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗻. Lately I’ve been hearing a common theme across SaaS sales orgs: — Net new business is harder to win. — Companies are reducing new investment in sales. — And leaning harder on Customer Success and Account Management to drive revenue. Makes sense in theory. But when the focus shifts too far from value → revenue, churn creeps in. Recent benchmarks show 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝟰𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗥𝗥 in SaaS now comes from expansion, not new logos. Expansion is critical. But not at the expense of trust and retention. 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴?
