David Zuccolotto reposted thisDavid Zuccolotto reposted thisStepping into Pharma Journey and Why ? As many of you know, Solix Technologies, Inc. has long been recognized for Enterprise Data Management—helping organizations optimize storage, compute, and governance at scale. So yes, stepping into #Pharma with Solix EAI Pharma seemed like a big leap. It was. But it’s also was an opportunity we couldn’t ignore. #Drugdiscovery is one of the most complex, expensive, and time-consuming challenges in the world. The convergence of #data, #AI, and #quantumscience is creating a moment where meaningful acceleration is finally possible—and we believe we can play a significant role. Here’s how we’re bringing it all together: Solix EAI Pharma at the core, combines quantum-level simulation, AI-driven prediction, and intelligent automation into a unified drug discovery engine. Goes beyond pattern recognition → models real molecular behavior. Integrates semantic content libraries and molecular/protein datasets. Built with enterprise-grade security, governance, and #datasovereignty. Enables scalable, trustworthy discovery at speed Why Quantum + AI matters - Traditional AI learns from historical patterns. Quantum-based approaches simulate the physics of molecules—electrons, bonds, and reactions. The result - Better decisions earlier → fewer late-stage failures → lower cost and faster timelines Solix CDP (Cloud Data Platform) - An infinitely scalable platform to unify: - Historical data (including failed experiments) - Active research pipelines - Legacy discoveries In Pharma, failed pursuits are often ignored. We see them as critical learning signals to train better AI models and enable a “fail fast, learn faster” approach. Solix EDG (Enterprise Data Governance) - End-to-end governance for data and AI—ensuring trust, compliance, and responsible innovation. Solix ECS (Enterprise Content Services)Supports clinical and regulatory ecosystems: - eTMF (trial master files) - EDC (clinical data capture) Trial operations and complianceAll while addressing global data sovereignty challenges. Beyond technology — a broader mission of our goal is not just to accelerate drug discovery, but to help reduce the cost of medicine and improve access globally. Through our CSR digital initiatives at Touch-A-Life Foundation. #TALHospitals - Global Virtual Hospital #TALMedora - Social platform connecting Doctors, Hospitals, Patients, Pharmaceuticals and Wellness care. We are also exploring pathways to connect innovation with real-world #impact—including enabling early access ecosystems for clinical research and trials. When you combine data, AI, quantum science, governance, and purpose-driven platforms, the opportunity is significant. We’re just getting started. If you’re exploring the future of Pharma, AI, or drug discovery—let’s connect. Mark Lee Murali Krishnam Raju Pusapati Kishore Gadiraju Suresh M. Raghunadha R Burri Mahesh Perugupalli

David Zuccolotto shared this💫 Back from 11 days in London with our new Solix Europe sales team, and I'm excited about what's ahead. This team is exceptional! Over the course of the week, I watched a group of seasoned, sharp, and genuinely collaborative professionals come together with real momentum: • Matthew Long, VP of Sales Europe, whose leadership is already the foundation of what we're building. Matt contributed greatly to the hiring for this team with an eye for quality, experience, and cultural fit, and his direct, hands-on approach to onboarding and training last week was a masterclass. Europe is in strong hands. • Mike Hamm, Senior Enterprise Sales Director and one of Solix's most consistent top performers. Based in London, Mike spent the week coaching and mentoring the new reps, sharing the playbook he's refined over years of enterprise wins. Watching him pay it forward to the team was one of the highlights of the trip. • Ravi Summan, Strategic Account Director, bringing deep enterprise experience and a consultative approach that European buyers are going to respond to. I had the pleasure of meeting with one of Ravi's first potential clients while in London last week. • Surbhi Maghan, Strategic Account Director, sharp, strategic, and already thinking several moves ahead on her target accounts. • Jonathan Dominic, Strategic Account Director, is a driven, high-integrity professional who I'm confident is going to put up big numbers. By the end of the week, this team wasn't just trained. They were ready to go. 💡 The timing couldn't be better for European enterprises: → GDPR compliance is not optional → The EU AI Act goes live this August, and most organizations are not yet ready → AI initiatives are accelerating faster than the data foundations required to support them Solix is uniquely positioned to solve all three. Our enterprise data management platform, combined with our new AI Data Readiness Services, gives European organizations a single solution to stay compliant, govern their data with confidence, and make it truly AI-ready. We'll also be extending our outstanding global channel partner network deeper into the European market, expanding reach, accelerating growth, and ensuring European customers get the same level of partner-enabled delivery we've built elsewhere around the world. To Matt, Mike, Ravi, Surbhi, and Jonathan: thank you for the warm hospitality, the sharp conversations, and the energy you brought every single day. I left London more confident than ever that Solix Europe is going to set the standard for what "AI-ready, compliant data" looks like on the continent. #Solix #EnterpriseAI #GDPR #EUAIAct #DataCompliance #AIReadiness

David Zuccolotto reposted thisDavid Zuccolotto reposted thisI came across this post on X about Nvidia working on something called NemoClaw for enterprise AI agents. If even part of this becomes standard in enterprises, most companies are not ready for what comes next. Everyone is excited about agents automating work. Very few are thinking about what happens when those agents actually take actions inside enterprise systems and access real data. That’s where things break. Not in demos. In production. Who gave the agent access? What data did it touch? What actions did it take? How do you explain that to an auditor or regulator? Right now, most companies don’t have a clear answer. At Solix Technologies, Inc., this is the layer we focus on. Not the AI itself. But the safety layer for AI agents. Because as agents start taking real actions, you don’t just need intelligence. You need accountability. https://lnkd.in/gN4mhCgQ

Let that be the most expensive lesson in enterprise AI this year — and let it be someone else's tuition bill. Here's what happened: OpenAI shut down Sora — its AI video platform — less than six months after launch. The shutdown killed a planned $1 billion licensing deal with Disney that would have brought 200+ iconic characters into AI-generated content. Teams from both companies had met to discuss the deal just 30 minutes before learning Sora was being pulled. The numbers tell the real story: - $15 million per day in operating costs - $2.1 million in total lifetime revenue - A 66% collapse in monthly downloads in just three months 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. Sora was extraordinary technology sitting on top of an unresolved foundation — unresolved data pipelines, unresolved IP governance, unresolved cost architecture, unresolved commercial infrastructure. Capability without readiness isn't innovation. It's an expensive demo. And here's the part nobody wants to admit out loud: 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒍𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒚. 𝑱𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒓 𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒖𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒔. Teams are rushing to deploy AI because the pressure is real. Boards demanding results. Pilots launching on top of messy, ungoverned, unclassified data environments. Then quietly shelved six months later when outcomes don't materialize — and nobody quite knows why. The companies that will win the AI era aren't the ones moving fastest. They're the ones who asked the harder questions first: 1. Is our data clean, classified, and governed enough to support this? 2. Do we have the information architecture in place for AI to actually work at scale? 3. Are we building on a foundation — or building on a hope? AI capability is no longer the differentiator. Every vendor has a model. The differentiator now is the foundation you build it on. Before your next AI initiative gets greenlit — 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖'𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒏. David Zuccolotto reposted thisDavid Zuccolotto reposted thisSaw this post on X and it made me smile because it’s painfully true. Most companies say they’re “data-driven.” But the reality usually looks like this: data spread across dozens of systems… old ERPs, legacy apps, cloud tools, backups, and warehouses. Each one telling a slightly different story. So teams end up spending more time debating the numbers than acting on them. That’s why the idea of a single source of truth matters. A big part of what we work on at Solix Technologies, Inc. is helping companies clean up that mess. Archive legacy systems, govern the data properly, and make it easier to trust what you’re looking at. Sounds simple. In large enterprises, it rarely is. https://lnkd.in/gVSf7paz

David Zuccolotto liked thisDavid Zuccolotto liked thisChatGPT vs Grok vs Gemini vs Claude vs Perplexity Everyone keeps asking which AI tool is the best. But the truth is they’re not built to replace each other. They’re built for different kinds of work. → Some help you think. → Some help you write. → Some help you research. → Some help you move faster. The real advantage today isn’t picking one. It’s knowing when to use each one. Because once you understand that, AI stops being a tool, and starts becoming your system. 1. ChatGPT Best for daily productivity: writing, brainstorming, coding, even planning your tasks. Basically your all-rounder work assistant. 2. Grok If your work involves trends, social media, or staying updated with what’s happening RIGHT NOW, this is your go-to. 3. Gemini Perfect if you’re deep in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Great for collaboration and real-time info. 4. Claude Handling long reports, policies or deep reading? Claude is strong in understanding and summarizing complex stuff. 5. Perplexity Need accurate info with sources? This one is solid for research, fact-checking, and quick, reliable answers. The shift happening right now is simple: We’re moving from “one tool does everything.” To “each tool does one thing exceptionally well.” The advantage no longer comes from using AI. It comes from knowing which AI to use, when. But there’s another way. A quiet rail that runs through school and home for a whole term. The same language on the classroom wall and on the fridge. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been sharing small pieces of KS1 (ages 5–7): Stories like Mia and Jason. A simple class chart. A scrap of paper on the fridge. Nothing heavy. Just a shared language children can actually use: - 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿. - 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗲. - 𝗠𝘆 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗲 / 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗲. Now we’re ready to test this properly. We’re opening a very small number of 𝗞𝗦𝟭 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 places in London and the South. What this looks like: A short-term pilot running across real school weeks. One weekly classroom moment. A simple 3-metric dashboard: Saved. Pause Power. Shared & Kept. And small routines that travel home. Not extra lessons. Just better alignment between 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 and 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆. Because this only works when it doesn’t stop at the classroom door. A child might hear a story at school. But the habit forms when the same words show up again at the kitchen table. What we’re looking for: Teachers and schools interested not just in money maths, but in how children actually talk about money and how they make choices in real moments. What we’re testing: Not exam scores. But things you can see and hear: “I think I spent that because everyone else did.” “I want to keep a bit for later.” A class beginning to notice patterns, not just outcomes. We’re also starting to see 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗦𝟭. A small number of families using Level 2 and Level 3 (ages 11–15) have shared meaningful shifts — not just in how their children talk about money, but how they make money decisions, and build their habits. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. We’ll be turning a few of these into short case studies over the coming weeks. This is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘁. We’re selecting a 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 and 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 where the fit is right, the feedback loop is strong, and the setting can help us learn properly. We’re also hearing from educators 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗞. While the first pilots are focused locally, we’re open to a small number of international conversations with schools or organizations working with children aged 5–9. This is still early. Small groups. Real classrooms. Real families. Real weeks. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗞𝗦𝟭 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿, 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗠 𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 “𝗞𝗦𝟭”. Not more content. David Zuccolotto liked thisDavid Zuccolotto liked thisSome see performance. Some see patterns. Some see purpose. For me, it has always been purpose. Purpose, intensity, integrity, consistency, and drive. Not the pursuit of perfection, but the willingness to embrace flaws as lessons. To understand that change is constant. To recognise that purpose must align with behaviours and values. For me, leadership has always been about achieving the best outcome for all. Serving your community. Building growth internally and externally. Offering compassion to yourself and others, knowing the journey is never truly finished and honestly, I’m grateful for that. One of the greatest leadership lessons is understanding perception, projection, and misalignment. These are not always uncomfortable things to avoid. Sometimes they are simply part of someone else’s journey, and we need to learn how to embrace that too. Patterns are fascinating. They’re often formed through a leader’s experiences, role models, influences, and beliefs. Some patterns are repeated. Others are consciously broken. Both are shaped by the impact leadership has had on us. I still remember John walking through the office with a macchiato in hand, smiling and connecting with everyone through fist pumps. That ritual was uniquely his and it made people feel connected. My patterns were different. Dance parties in the office. Being a little goofy. Ringing the bell whenever someone achieved something great. The bell became a symbol of celebrating both the small wins and the big ones. Performance is interesting because it’s often driven by influence and expectation. It shapes many leaders. Personally, I never felt fully comfortable with performance when it wasn’t aligned to authenticity. That’s not to say performance doesn’t have a place, but I’ve always valued genuine connection over polish. At the end of the day, we’re all individuals coming together to build community. The quirks, humour, willingness, and humanity in people are often the things that leave the biggest impact. So I’m curious: What do you see most in leadership? Performance, patterns, or purpose? And why? Because learning from others is what shapes all of our leadership journeys. #Leadership #AuthenticLeadership #PurposeDrivenLeadership #LeadershipJourney #Culture #PeopleAndCulture #LeadershipDevelopment #Community #Purpose #Manufacturing

#SAPPartner spotlight! 🏥🚨 I really enjoyed reading this recent Redwood Software article that examines how orchestrated SAP data pipelines are helping life sciences organizations move from disconnected steps to continuous, compliant flow. Healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations rely on structured, timely, accurate data. Yet, many organizations deal with data that moves manually or asynchronously between systems. In the article, Gerben Blom shares a practical look into the tools that enable life sciences leaders to move from siloed processes to connected, intelligent workflows with help from our partnership. The organizations that will execute on AI will be the organizations that have the capability to scale quickly as any AI innovation happens. Open AI just announced GPT 5.2, and not only is Databricks the only platform that already supports it, but we used our benchmark to measure it against enterprise tasks.

Snowflake isn’t just another warehouse upgrade, it’s the moment your entire data strategy grows up. Most enterprises don’t fail at cloud because of tools; they fail because they lift-and-shift technical debt: bloated schemas, legacy ETL, and three versions of “revenue” that never reconcile. A modern Snowflake migration must be about architecture, governance, and FinOps, not just moving tables. In the new AI-first world, your platform has to: Handle semi-structured data at scale Feed ML and GenAI safely Prove who accessed what, where, and why Keep cloud spend predictable and accountable That’s the bar ACI Infotech is designing for.
