Emily Ghosh, MBA shared thisWhen we navigate any kind of significant personal change it can be challenging, and yet, when we expand our viewpoint to encompass the quantum totality of transformation we’re currently experiencing on a collective level - we realize that we are alive during a highly significant time on Earth. I am grateful for the opportunity to share a few tools which have helped me find inner peace and unity regardless of what is happening in my external environment. My hope is that in sharing these practices may be of benefit!✨ #yogiapproved https://lnkd.in/eXSxswfu

Emily Ghosh, MBA shared thisI deeply enjoyed connecting with Debbie Gisonni on the Self Power Now podcast! Here in our conversation, we explore... ✨Creating your own version of success ✨Creating time for balance + joy ✨Utilizing astrology, meditation, and other tools for self-awareness + greater flow ✨Connecting with your subconscious to learn valuable soul lessons Hope you enjoy! https://lnkd.in/dbGsg_gYEmily Ghosh, MBA shared thisWith an Indian immigrant father and a Jewish American, Harvard graduate mother, Emily grew up with some pretty high expectations. In her early career, she checked all the boxes to please her parents, including climbing the ladder of success. Until, that didn’t seem to work for her anymore, and she pivoted her life and work into a more heart-centered space. In this episode you’ll hear how Emily creates her own version of success, carves out time for balance in her life, uses astrology and meditation for self-awareness, and stays connected with her subconscious. Emily Ghosh, MBA reacted on thisEmily Ghosh, MBA reacted on thisThanks to Cafe Con Tampa (Council Member, Bill Carlson and team) for inviting me to present and facilitate an insightful conversation this morning among so many champions for the greater good of humanity. My talk was on “The Power of Creativity and Partnership to Drive Economic Impact and Cultural Vitality.” “When I reflect on the power of creativity, I see it not just as talent, skill, or innovation—but as an act of service. Creativity is the very essence of our existence. It is the spark within each of us that, when awakened, gives us purpose, resilience, and the capacity to serve something greater than ourselves.” - Alex Harris (excerpt from talk)

Emily Ghosh, MBA reacted on thisEmily Ghosh, MBA reacted on thisThey say all good things must come to an end... This week I’m closing a chapter that has meant so much to me, my time at Gaylord Rockies Resort. 🌄 When people ask me what I do for work, it’s hard to sum up in only a few words. This wasn’t just a job; it was a playground for creativity, growth, and projects that made me literally pinch myself in awe! From racing down two-story-tall ice slides on the clock, to personifying a gold mining bighorn sheep for a restaurant concept (seriously)… these moments made me fall in love with what I do. I’ve had the privilege to dive into nearly every part of marketing, take ownership of initiatives, and create with a freedom I could never have imagined. Thousands of photos taken, hundreds of posts published, and countless memories I’ll always be grateful for. To my team: Deanne French, our fearless leader… you somehow make the impossible, possible. Every campaign felt like an adventure with you "driving the bus", and I’ve learned so much from you, thank you! RaeAnne Torres, you have a gift for turning any chaotic idea into something visually beautiful. No creative project is ever the same once you get involved! Andi Lawley, you keep us grounded, laughing, and always one step ahead. I could always count on you to make the busiest days manageable... and fun! Together, we built campaigns that pushed boundaries, sparked excitement, and didn't always play it safe, leaving a lasting impact on the brand. You are all more than colleagues, you are great friends. And to everyone I’ve met, collaborated with, or crossed paths with along the way; thank you for shaping my journey in ways big and small! While it's bittersweet to say goodbye, I’ll carry everything I’ve learned forward. And I can’t wait to share what comes next. 😉

Emily Ghosh, MBA reacted on thisEmily Ghosh, MBA reacted on thisI’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined Carolina Soccer Ventures as Chief of Staff. Carolina Soccer Ventures is the majority investor in Carolina Core FC (MLS NEXT Pro) and a founding investor in WPSL PRO, the upcoming women’s second-division professional league. Both are united by a bold vision: bringing the world’s game to the Carolina Core and creating opportunities that extend far beyond the pitch. For me, this is also a homecoming. As a North Carolina native and alumna of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, returning to the Core to help grow something so meaningful for this community feels both personal and full circle. At its heart, Carolina Core is about more than soccer. It’s about building community, unlocking untapped potential, and driving growth — on and off the field. From youth development programs to unforgettable matchday experiences, the mission is clear: to make the opportunities endless. And this is just the beginning. With more exciting ventures on the horizon, I’m honored to help shape the next chapter of growth for the club, the region, and the sport we love. ⚽ Here’s to the future of the Core!
