**Next Chapter: Joining Archetype as VP of Sales**
I'm excited to announce that I've joined **Archetype as VP of Sales, CPM**—a move that represents a significant pivot in how I want to lead.
After 25+ years in the enterprise solutions space (EPM/CPM, ERP, SCM, Data), I've spent most of my career solving complex problems for customers, building relationships, and linking business process with technology execution. But over the last few years, I've realized my next chapter needs to be different. I want to leverage my GTM formula, pair it with my Wharton education in finance and revenue management, and take on a player-coach role—building GTM approach while staying directly engaged with strategic customers.
That shift didn't happen in a vacuum.
I owe tremendous gratitude to leaders who took the time to advise, challenge, and mentor me through this transition:
Santhosh Nair,
Emil Fernandez,
Ed Hoffman**, and so many others who've shaped how I think about leadership. Having access to leaders who provide pivotal advice, honest feedback, and real partnership cannot be underestimated or overappreciated.
**This is why I'm so energized about Archetype.**
Archetype is a **OneStream Diamond partner and Snowflake Elite partner** with proven success across Fortune 500 organizations, Federal and Government agencies, Oil & Gas, manufacturing, PE, and thousands of successful customer references. But more importantly, it's a team where relationships, trust, and accountability are central to how we operate.
My mission is to grow our OneStream organization that reflects these values: recruit exceptional people, develop them, and create an environment where we make our customers successful together. I'm bringing my Wharton CRO mindset and enterprise transformation experience to partner with the Office of Finance and drive measurable business outcomes.
To the CPM community, my former customers, and everyone who's supported me over the years—thank you. Your trust and partnership have been the foundation of everything. Special thanks to
Jason Webster, Ricardo Musquiz
Andy Schlosberg, and
Racheal Crowder** at Archetype for making this partnership real.
I’ve already had this announcement “leak” and had a ton of friendly calls and meetings.
If you want to grab 15 minutes to reconnect, explore what we're building, or just catch up—I'd love to talk.
