My signature for the first 3 emails in a sequence: "Caffeinated Sunny" The breakup email? "More Caffeinated Sunny" That's it. That's the tweak. But here's why I love it: It gets a chuckle. It's a tiny pattern interrupt in an inbox full of "Best regards" and "Looking forward to hearing from you." And the breakup email isn't really a breakup, it's a wink. "More caffeinated" tells them I'm still around, still thinking about them, just maybe a little more amped up next time we cross paths. Thanks Max for the idea. Sunny Chauhan shared thisUserEvidence got listed on the Salesforce AppExchange in a few weeks. Here's what that unlocked for their customers: A sales rep opens an Opportunity in Salesforce. She's prepping for a close call. The CFO on the other side wants to see how a similar company in their industry got ROI. She doesn't switch tabs, ping marketing or go dig through a Google Drive folder someone made in 2023. She clicks the UserEvidence tab right there on the Opportunity record. Searches by industry, by persona, by use case. Drops the case study into her follow-up email and back to selling. That's the workflow Ray Rhodes, UserEvidence's CTO, wanted to ship. Native Salesforce where sellers already live. More evidence, faster, at the moment of truth. And it almost didn't happen. Ray's team tried to build the managed package themselves first. Pulled engineers off the product roadmap. Started writing Apex. Ran into security review. Realized the Salesforce AppExchange listing is its own project on top of the build. His word for the experience: nightmare. He came to us. A few weeks later, UserEvidence was live on the AppExchange, sitting in front of thousands of sales reps who now close deals a little faster because of it. Then UserEvidence acquired Zealot (Acquired by UserEvidence) and needed to do it again for a second product. Same few weeks. Ray's reaction: "Appnigma is how we do Salesforce integrations now." UserEvidence's engineers never stopped working on UserEvidence. Which is the part I'm most proud of.

I’m also realizing this phase is uniquely beautiful. One day there may be a bigger team and more resources and with that, less of the hands-on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves work I get to do today. They didn’t just sell shoes - they built a business on legendary customer service: - Free shipping both ways - 365-day returns - Support reps encouraged to stay on the phone as long as the customer needed Amazon even launched Endless.com and sold shoes at a loss to compete. But Zappos customers weren’t just buying shoes - they were buying an experience. That’s emotional loyalty, not transactional loyalty. We’ve tried to bring that same mindset to Appnigma AI. Yes, our platform handles a lot. But we also jump on calls, run demos for our customers’ prospects, and even walk through Salesforce integrations when that’s what’s needed. Our priorities have been clear from day one: 1. Customers 2. Our people 3. Some confusion could come from conflating prevention and detection with reactive and proactive. Different concepts, though there can be some overlap. Reactive security is the rules-based detections that have been the dominant approach in threat detection. There's a new threat, so new rules need to be written by a vendor or security operation to deal with it. Alpha Level is proactive, you don't have to do anything to detect a new threat. Our products identify what normal is for each environment and look for the deviations from that (both for classifying alerts and our detections). Doesn't matter whether it's a known threat or a totally new one, if it introduces change or something outside of normal behavior, we see it. The case studies we've been posting (more to come) exemplify this. This is how security teams can keep pace with the ever-evolving threat landscape.

And here's what how one of my top reps hit 112% 💪🏻 He shows up everyday with great energy and his own brand (this matters to keep demos exciting) He focuses on DQing more than trying to make it work with none ICP fits... He ALWAYS gets next steps... Literally, he blocks the last 5 minutes on every call to nail down a calendar time live on that call. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE CALL. His follow up time on demos is usually same day or the next morning, and he uses AI (shoutout to Sybill). He is very direct on pricing. And makes a personalized pricing deck for each deal. He uses mid-funnel sequences more than most reps as an awareness play.. which keeps conversations going on autopilot. He's even brought back deals from them being in this type of nurture. He leans on solution based selling. Building the business case, and multi-threading heavily. When pipeline feels low, he self-sources. His go to is hitting up closed lost deals which is a GOLD MINE. 🚀 Before you buy Salesforce: 5 things that decide success (long before “go-live”) Most teams buy Salesforce for visibility + automation. The ones who win treat it like a business operating system, not a plug-and-play app. Here are 5 decisions that predict whether your implementation becomes a growth engine… or an expensive admin tool: 1. Define the outcome (not the features) What should be measurably better in 90 days? Examples: faster lead response, cleaner pipeline, lower case backlog, higher renewal visibility. If the “why” isn’t clear, the build becomes endless customization. 2. Fix the process first (Salesforce will amplify whatever you already have) If your handoffs, stages/statuses, and ownership rules are unclear today, Salesforce will scale that confusion. Process clarity comes before configuration. 3. Decide the data model + definitions early (this is your AI/reporting foundation) Agree on what fields mean, what’s required, and what a “customer/prospect/opportunity” actually is. Most dashboard problems start with inconsistent definitions and messy data capture. 4. Map your systems and field ownership (integration reality check) List every system that will touch customer data (website forms, email, billing, support, marketing, ERP). For each key field, decide: • System of record (who owns it) • Sync direction (push/pull) • Conflict rules (what happens on mismatch) Without this, integrations overwrite values and trust collapses. 5.
